THE DEMS, THE DEVIL, AND THE DEEP BLACK SEA

Could the Democrats' dilemma possibly get any funnier or more entertaining?  It's still March, we've got seven more months to election day, and the way things are going, it's going to take a cross between Einstein and Houdini to prevent a McGovernesque disaster.

Even weirder, it's beginning to look like they want such a disaster.  So weird that maybe their Bureau of Propaganda – otherwise known as the "mainstream media" – wants it too.

In payback for Hillary's getting the major media to expose Obama's hate-America pastor, Obama gets them to expose her Bosnia sniper lies. 

Then immediately after the video of her and her daughter Chelsea greeting little children on the Sarajevo tarmac instead of running from sniper fire is shown to the world, out come the mass e-mailed jokes – such as, "Saying Hillary Clinton has foreign policy and executive leadership experience is like saying Yoko Ono was a Beatle."

This was quickly followed by vicious comparisons of Hillary with Tonya Harding, the Olympic figure skater who hired a thug to kneecap her competitor Nancy Kerrigan in 1994.

And all the while, the media chorus is shouting in unison that she no longer has any chance for the nomination and should drop out of the race.

Note the timing:  once the "Pastor Flap" seemed about to take Obama down, the media along with a number of Dem leaders desperately demands Hillary drop out, not Obama.

Then they slather this poisoned cake with con-job frosting, a flurry of phony polls and stories about how the "Pastor Flap hasn't hurt Obama," and how his brilliant-magnificent-genius speech took care of the problem.  Nothing to see here, folks, move right along.

Hillary, of course, has utterly no intention of backing down and dropping out.  Instead, she's plotting her next hit on Obambi.  Get ready for it:  a series of media exposures about Obama's anti-Semitism.

She may get caught lying about snipers in Bosnia, but she's telling the truth about Obambi.  And American Jews are starting to figure it out.

Jack Kelly this week itemizes Obama's anti-Israel/pro-Palestinian advisors.  It's not that some of them are.  All of them are.  And why?  Because there is a connection between hating America and hating Israel in the liberal-left mind.

Anti-Semitic conservatives like Pat Buchanan hate Israel simply because they hate Jews, for warped reasons of their own – which thankfully puts them in the extreme minority of conservatives.  The vast majority of conservatives are pro-Israel – because Israel is part of Western Civilization, because it is struggling for its life against an anti-Western barbarism, and because Israel is an ally of America.

A great many liberals are anti-Israel for exactly those same three reasons.

As we saw in Why Democrats Cannot Defend America, liberals always root for America's enemies – and thus root against any ally of America's.

Now if you combine this liberal masochism with racism – the racist hate that tragically poisons the souls of a substantial fraction of blacks – you get a pathological hatred of America.  You get the pathological hatred of whites, of America, of Jews, and of Israel, that tortures the depraved soul of Jeremiah Wright and his parishioners.

Of which Barack Obama is one. 

Let's cut to the bone on this.  America is one of the least racist countries in the world.  Try to name a nation less racist.  You want real racism, go to Japan or China, or Russia – or Trinity Church in Chicago.  The greatest racial problem in America today is black anti-white racism.  Or rather American-born black anti-European white/anti-Latino white/anti-Asian/anti-Jamaican black racism.

So – the bottom line for Barack Hussein Obambi Obama is that his smile, his affability and charm, is a mask.  The reality behind the mask is that Jeremiah "God Damn America" Wright is Obama's soul mate.  And his wife's soul-mate.  And by taking his children to Wright's hate-America church all their lives, he has tried his best to make Wright their soul-mate.

Hillary understands this.  That's why she knows he has no chance whatever to be elected President of the United States, why she is out to destroy him, why she will stay in the race all the way to the convention, why she will continue to destroy him if he wins the nomination at the convention, why she will wreck the Democrat Party with him the nominee.

Because if she wrecks the party, she will end up controlling the wreckage.

Think of that cartoon of a group of company execs looking at an earnings chart headed off a cliff.  All of them have an I'm-screwed expression and thought-balloon – except for one guy with a gloating smirk and a thought balloon saying, "Now we can do things my way."

Dem leaders know she can't win against McCain.  They know Obambi can't win against McCain.  Yet they would far rather give it to Obambi – for they fear black envy and racist hatred more than they fear destroying their party.  They would rather appease the former than avoid the latter.  That's masochism, big time.

The Dems are caught between the devil of Hillary and the deep dark sea of black racism – and no one is going to rescue them.  Not even Algore, no matter how much libs like Joe Klein pathetically pine.

What did the Reverend Racist Wright say about chickens coming home to roost?  The fool didn't understand he was talking about Democrats, not America.
