HEARTBREAKING FAKE NEWS FROM THE PRESIDENT

Yesterday (10/23) just before noon at the White House, President Trump delivered a Statement on the Situation in Northern Syria.

It is heartbreaking on many levels to see the President, who has been a constant victim of Fake News spread by the Enemedia, spreading Fake News himself.

In announcing “a major breakthrough toward achieving a better future for Syria and for the Middle East,” he stated: “Over the last five days, you have seen that a ceasefire that we established along Syria’s border has held, and it’s held very well, beyond most expectations.”

Tell that to my son Brandon, who was under sniper fire as the President was speaking, trying to rescue wounded civilians attacked by the Turks and their ISIS proxies.

President Trump went on to say:

“I have just spoken to General Mazloum, a wonderful man, the Commander-in-Chief of the SDF Kurds.  And he was extremely thankful for what the United States has done.  Could not have been more thankful.”

Breitbart carried this story yesterday (10/23): Military Leader of Syrian Kurds Thanks Trump for Ceasefire.  The statement of General Mazloum Abdi was quoted from the twitter feed of Mustafi Bali, spokesman for the general and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

And now this issued today (10/24), less than 24 hours after Trump’s announcement at the White House:  Note the first is from General Mazloum himself:

As you know, my son Brandon, who led his fellow Marines in combat for seven months in Helmand Province Afghanistan, and has spent months with all the various peoples (Kurds, Syriac Christians, Arabs, etc.) of northern Syria gaining an unmatched understanding of the situation on the ground, is on the front lines embedded with humanitarian organizations.

Brandon verifies that there is no cease fire, that tragically, the President’s claim is Fake News.  Here are two short video clips he filmed today (10/24 – only very short clips can be sent via their field uplink).  The attacks are perpetrated by Turkey’s ISIS proxies, financed and equipped by Erdogan, calling themselves the Free Syrian Army (FSA).

His report (today 10/24):

“Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are under attack now from the Turkish-supported Free Syrian Army (FSA) north of Tel Tamir. We were just starting a distribution for internally displaced people (IDPs) here when the FSA attacked in the vicinity of Soda Village, north of Tel Tamir. The FSA is attacking with armored cars, mortars, rockets, heavy machine guns, and infantry forces against SDF positions. The footage above shows the smoke from the attacks and you can hear the fighting.”  

This is not only a massive humanitarian tragedy with hundreds of thousands left homeless with neither food nor water, but a tragedy of broken bonds of trust between the President and his supporters.  It is heartbreaking to see him so blind to the terrible reality on the ground he has created, and to defend it by promulgating fake news.

Pray that he will open his eyes to reality, find a way to repair the broken bonds of trust, that he will finally see Erdogan for the Islamic Nazi he is.
