My father would have called this AI parody “kidding on the square,” meaning a joke that tells the truth.

However, the Schumer Shutdown was visibly exposed ereyesterday (10/22) when Jeffries’ #2, Rep. Katherine Clark (D-Mass) admitted the truth.  From Official White House Rapid Response:

Senate Filibuster, Chicago Tribune, 1928

We have a shutdown because Senate rules require 60 votes (now in a 53R-47D Senate) to cloture or end a filibuster blocking a simple majority vote.  Traditionally, a filibuster required a Senator opposing a bill to physically keep talking on the Floor, as the cartoon shows.

Since the 1970s, however, the talking filibuster was changed to the silent filibuster in which the mere threat of a filibuster requires a 60-vote cloture to end it.  This is a mere internal procedural rule, namely Senate Rule XXII, no law needing legal adherence.

All that’s needed to change silent back to talking filibusters is a straight 51-majority vote (or Vance breaking a 50-50 tie), and voilá, end of shutdown.

The crazy thing is that the CR funding the government, passed by the House and now blocked by Schumer, expires on Nov. 21 – just 28 days from now!  Then this goat orgy begins all over again.

The U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 9) requires that “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law,” mandating Congress to pass appropriations bills to authorize federal spending.

For years now, Congress has been systematically avoiding this, preferring thousand-page Continuing Resolution “Omnibus” bills that no one reads, totally riddled with hidden Porky Pig payouts and perks.

When do you think was the last time Congress completed the full appropriations process without any CRs?  Get ready for it… All 13 regular appropriations bills were passed by Congress individually and signed into law by September 30, 1996—just in time for the new fiscal year FY1997) to  start on October 1^st. Almost 30 years ago. Never since including right now.

If POTUS wants real fiscal discipline in federal spending, he needs to insist that the GOP House & Senate end all CRs and obey the Constitution via agency appropriations – after twisting Senate Majority Leader John Thune’s arm into a hammerlock forcing him to end silent filibusters.

If there is a more slimy, more greasy, more nauseating Demtard Governor than Gavin Newscum, it would be Illinois’ J.B. “The Porkster” Pritzker.  Grossly obese and utterly out of shape, he’s 5’8” and 270 pounds of pure blubber.

Yesterday (10/23), he signed an order to track and prosecute ICE Agents arresting illegals in Illinois.  This is in keeping with Democrats to Create a ‘Master ICE Tracker’ to Warn Illegals About ICE Activity.  Also on board the Arrest ICE train is Nancy Pelosi, along with other Dems like Chicago ex-mayor Lori Lightfoot.

AG Pam Bondi is having none of this.  She immediately announced investigations were being launched on Pritzker, Pelosi and others, warning them to “save your emails.” Watch:

You might make this a must-read.  Last week (10/16), Fox reported that Pritzker won $1.45 million in a single night playing blackjack at a casino in Vegas.  Speculation has quickly risen if that was an under the blackjack table mob payoff. For you see…

Pritzker inherited a family share of Hyatt Hotels founded by his grandfather.  Thus he shares ownership of the spectacular Hyatt Venetian Hotel and Casino in Vegas along with other Hyatt gambling properties in Vegas.  Lots of smoke here.  As Fox’s Jesse Watters suggests, Pam Bondi might want to know if there’s any fire.

A federal audit has now discovered Gavin Newsom’s Motor Vehicle Department has issued 62,000 Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDLs) to illegal aliens in California, who are free to drive huge trucks all over the country.

Note in the YouTube story above and in so many other reports, the illegal alien drivers are from India.  There is a giant scam-smuggling operation out of India’s Punjab region, bribing MDV employees for CDLs and shoddy trucking companies to hire Indian illegals.  FBI Director Kash Patel, who is of Indian descent, is aware of this.  We’ll soon see what action he takes.

Meanwhile, the onus of California’s CDLs for Illegals scandal has landed squarely in Newscum’s lap – where it belongs.  One major reason is it focuses attention on this: those 62,000 illegal truck drivers, along with well over two million other illegal aliens in California, are voters – for it is against California law to ask for ID at any voting place.  California Voter Fraud under Newscum is apocalyptic.

POTUS well knows this must end throughout the country.  On Wednesday (10/22), he announced his intention to end mail-in voting and voting machines.  Next will come how to implement federal law requiring US citizenship to vote in any federal election.
