DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL TODD BLANCHE’S DEATH GRIP ON THE DOJ

Todd Blanche

Florida Attorney Peter Ticktin has known Donald Trump personally since grade 10 of their high school days in 1961, when both attended New York Military Academy. Ticktin has publicly described Trump as a classmate and friend from that period and has often recounted their interactions as cadets.

They have remained friends for over 60 years.

Ticktin has actively pursued litigation and public advocacy alleging election fraud in the 2020 election. As an attorney, he represents numerous clients seeking federal pardons and many J6 defendants, whom he prefers to call patriots. I first met Ticktin at the Gateway Pundit Vindicated Conference in Las Vegas in August. I had this conversation this week with Ticktin regarding his concerns about the Department of Justice and Todd Blanche’s role in running the DOJ and what it means for Trump’s second-term agenda.

What is Todd Blanche’s role at the Department of Justice?

Todd Blanche is the Deputy Attorney General, which makes him the second-highest-ranking official in the DOJ, serving under Attorney General Pam Bondi. My assessment is that he handles the day-to-day operations of the DOJ, like a COO of a private company. The DOJ has 115,000 employees; it’s not something that Pam Bondi necessarily knows how to manage.

I believe Pam Bondi is a true and loyal member of Donald Trump’s cabinet. However, she may be relegated to largely ceremonial tasks. I don’t know if she is as “hands-on” as I would wish. I trust her as far as her love for America and loyalty to our president. I am concerned that Todd Blanche may be squeezing himself into her role to some extent.

What’s your biggest concern about Todd Blanche?

My biggest concern is that he may be ideologically opposed to Donald Trump’s agenda and see his role as stopping Donald Trump’s agenda in its tracks.

I do not know this man personally, and I am not involved with the decisions in the DOJ. All I know is that I see complete failure with pardons, compensation to J6ers, investigations into Dominion machines, the release of Tina Peters, and other matters under that guy. I am not seeing movement.

My opinion is that everything that needs to be done at the DOJ to make Donald Trump’s presidency work is being stalled by Todd Blanche. He’s intentionally doing things opposite of what needs to be done. As a result, morale in the Department of Justice is way down. He is supposed to make the goals of Donald Trump get realized.

What is Todd Blanche’s history that has you concerned about what his real intentions are?

Todd Blanche went to a liberal law school and then spent years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York. My understanding is that he worked with James Comey and other seedy characters of the Left.

This guy spent nearly his entire adult and professional life as a registered Democrat. His voter registration reflected that alignment through at least 2023, when he was still registered as a New York Democrat. I don’t know if he had an epiphany or not.

Blanche later became Donald Trump’s lead criminal-defense attorney in the Stormy Daniels Manhattan “hush money” prosecution and other Trump-related cases. His success rate is supposed to be really high, except when it comes to President Trump. For Donald, he is a zero.

He purchased a home in Palm Beach County, Florida, and switched his registration from Democrat to Republican on January 4, 2024. Whether the switch reflected a genuine ideological evolution or a pragmatic adaptation to his new professional orbit remains a matter of debate, but I don’t know that this leopard really ever changed his spots.

My biggest concern is that Blanche occupies the most important spot if one were to do harm. If he is a plant, like Bill Barr was, he needs to go, and go fast.

How did Todd Blanche come to get involved with Donald Trump as his attorney?

My understanding is that Blanche was introduced and recommended to Trump to work on his legal case involving Stormy Daniels in 2023 by Boris Epshteyn. Epshteyn comes from what’s known as the RINO branch of the Republican party. His history is that he worked on the John McCain presidential campaign in 2008 and then for Mitt Romney. I know him personally and know him to be dishonest. This is a big guy who likes to beat up small men in bars. There is a lot more.

Who are you representing and what’s happened since Todd Blanche took over as Deputy Attorney General?

I represent a number of clients seeking pardons, as well as former January 6 defendants. After Blanche got involved, there have been no more pardons.

As to relief for J6ers, we have a complete stonewall on getting any compensation for them. These people are generally middle-class businesspeople, teachers, lawyers, doctors, and good people who came to protest. They were treated horribly and harmed. Many lost their businesses, their families, their jobs, and their professions.

To say that J6ers were badly mistreated is a terrible understatement. Most people have no idea of how innocent they are and how horribly they were treated.

As to pardons, for instance, I represent Shane Lamont, a police officer who was arresting a woman for armed robbery. She resisted arrest and my client used mace to subdue her. She was freed while Biden’s weaponization machine went after police officers. My client was convicted of using excessive force and sentenced to a short term in prison.

I am trying to get a pardon for him with no response. If he goes to prison as a former police officer, he will be in grave physical danger inside.

In addition, Blanche is opposed to Trump issuing a new executive order on voter integrity demanding voter IDs and proof of citizenship.

What can you tell me about Donald Trump’s issues, or even failings, as regards to his decision to hire Todd Blanche as Deputy Attorney General?

I know Donald Trump and the way that he thinks. I don’t know a more honest or capable human being. You are asking me these questions because I have come out against Todd Blanche because I have enough information to seriously doubt him, and his position is key to the success of this administration.

In this regard, his failure could lead to the criminals coming back and stealing the election of 2026 in such a devastating way that we could lose everything. Even his slow walking could be sufficient to destroy our one chance to get America back from those who stole it in 2020.

The most important part of this is that I trust Donald Trump with my life and the lives of those I love. If he fails, it is not only his legacy but probably his life, too. If we give the Cabal an opportunity to use their voting  machines again, it could lead to impeachments and possibly even his removal from office, which could land him back in the NY court that convicted him.

The point is that my trust in Donald Trump is 100%. He knows my thoughts about Todd Blanche. I leave it in his capable hands to figure out what to do. I don’t think it helps anything at this point to get the public ginned up over this guy, as there is only one person who counts, and that is POTUS.

He knows my thoughts and he knows to make sure. He won’t be guessing, and if he keeps Todd Blanche, it will be because somehow, I am wrong. I know I am right about the things I know. However, there is a world of things happening in the DOJ that I don’t know. In fact, I don’t know how much I don’t know. I have to leave it to our president.

So then, you have let Trump know about your concerns about Todd Blanche, so why are you going public with your comments now?

Yes, he is aware. I think other people who see the same as I do were afraid to speak up. I let the word out, as I know there are others and someone needed to open the door for others to tell the President what they know.

You have also been involved with investigating the 2020 election and Dominion. What are your concerns about the coming elections?

Fixing the DOJ is critically important. But nothing is more important than having a fair election in 2026.

People don’t realize what’s at stake. If they can use the voting machines in 2026, Trump will be impeached again. So, the pivotal issue is whether Donald Trump will get the evidence we have together and show the country. He has already stated that we need to use paper ballots, hand counted, and no mail, and he is right about that.

The question is as to how to implement these requirements. In this regard, we are in a real emergency. Our voter rolls have been corrupted with millions and millions of modified duplicates added. In other words, they don’t even need to get dead people to vote anymore. They have imaginary people registered to vote.

They may be using your name, your driver’s license number, your social security number, and your address, but they have different voter ID numbers. The voting machines can get them all to vote. I know it sounds crazy, but these aberrations have been found and identified. Even the logarithms have been figured out.

If this is not an emergency, nothing is. Our president will need to issue orders on elections to require voter ID, paper ballots, and hand counting, with no mail-in voting. Without this, the election will be stolen for every senator, most congressmen and congresswomen and our whole effort will be stymied.

Believe me, they tried to put Kamala in with cheating in 2024 but were thwarted by one heroic individual; that’s all I can say for now.
