HALF-FULL REPORT 11/05/21

Yes, Gloom, Despair, and Agony is the Dem-Woketard theme song this week.  What sweet music it is.  Of course, the amazing total sweep of Virginia made the most headlines:

Yet the GOP Tide swept across the entire country:

There’s a lot more.  Such as Virginia Counties Vote Overwhelmingly To Keep Confederate Monuments, and One Year After ‘CHAZ’, Republican Ann Davison Wins Seattle City Attorney – yes, Seattle.

And how ‘bout this? Edward Durr Jr., Republican truck driver and political novice, defeats longtime New Jersey state Senate President Democrat Steve Sweeney.  This is a mind-blow.  A Grandpa trucker comes from nowhere spending $2300 to beat the most powerful Democrat in Jersey with this one campaign ad on Twitter, getting off his truck to talk, then riding off on his Harley:

But this is Jersey, so Sweeney will do his best to “find” a horde of “uncounted” ballots to cheat his way back into office just like Gov Phil Murphy has done to Jack Ciatterelli.  Will Garden Staters let him get away with it?  As Ed Durr has become an instant folk hero to them, maybe not.

Wags are saying that the reason Dems lost big in Virginia is because all the phony ballots they ordered printed in China

got stuck in an unloaded container ship off Long Beach.  Guess the ones the Jersey Dems ordered got through.

However…. All this great news is not the best news of the week.  It really isn’t.  So what is?

The best news of 11/02/21 is not all the pro-American victories but that the Dems and Woketard Left will learn nothing from them.  They will double down on their now dead horse narratives instead of being smart by dumping or moderating them. They will remain in bitter angry denial because denial of reality is at the core of how they perceive the world.

Democrats have so embraced their Inner Fascist they cannot quench the fires of hate and bitterness that are consuming them alive from the inside out.  They are stuck so deep in the quicksands of hypocrisy all they can do is accuse Republicans of being what they themselves are – as Terry McAuliffe epitomized on Monday (11/01):

“Youngkin’s entire campaign has been a full embrace of Donald Trump’s dangerous extremism: divisive culture wars, racist dog whistles and bigotry.”

What characterizes Joyless Dems so infected as they are with Wokeism is their endless bottomless anger.  They are constantly on the hunt for something to be ragingly angry about.  No attempt to appease satisfies them – giving them want they want merely impels them to find another target for infuriation.

Which makes them sitting ducks for ridicule.  The Left’s Achilles Heel has always been ridicule.  Look at their freakout meltdown over “Let’s Go, Brandon!”  Florida’s Fab Gov had fun with this in West Palm on Wednesday (11/03), and his crowd sure did too:

Dem fascisti are driven around the bend by being made fun of because they have no sense of humor – and because they know how deadly it can be.  Once a politician or public figure wanting to be taken seriously becomes a despised disrespected laughingstock in the public’s eye, it is nigh on impossible for them to recover.

Joe Biden, Joe Brandon, Joe Bidet, Zhou Xiden, President Poopypants, Sleepy Joe, Dementia Joe – it’s not that no one takes him seriously but that no one ever will, he will keep digging himself into the ground until history buries him.  That may happen in an eye blink should  his entire agenda wrapped up in two  multi-trillion dollar lunacies goes down in flames: his $1.75 trillion “reconciliation” bill and $3.5 trillion “infrastructure” bill, together totaling $5.25 trillion.

This morning (11/05), Xiden demanded a House vote on both these criminal insanities today.  As of this writing (6pm DC time), Pelosi is failing to herd her Dem cats while the Pubs are munching popcorn watching the circus.  She is determined to drive her cats off a cliff like lemmings, but too many “moderates” know they’ll never get reelected next year if they do.

Even crazier is that every poll shows a majority of voters don’t want more trillions on their tab – and if a mere four Dems refuse to vote Yes (Pubs are all in for No), the bills are toast, and so is she.  Rumor on the Hill is that if they fail, she’s ready to resign.  Pray for it.

Trying to ram through these gigantic monstrosities immediately after the Dem wipeout of Nov 02, internal Dem disarray, and massive voter opposition may well prove to be a Fatal Error by the entire Dem power structure in Washington.

Yet there was a second Fatal Error made by these folks this week and we’re not only going to talk about it, but explain how you – you personally – can help bring its fatality about.

The headline last night (11/04): OSHA Vaccine Mandate Released; 84 Million Workers Face Jan. 4 Deadline.  By today (11/05), a plethora of states, companies, and individuals announced lawsuits: Lawsuits Pile Up After White House Sets COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate Deadline.

Let’s wish all of them success.  This is pure Commie-Fascist Tyranny.  The good news is: More Than Half Of Unvaccinated Americans Say Nothing Will Change Their Mind.  That’s 40 million or more who will not obey.  This is the scale of mass civil disobedience that can bring down an entire tyranny.

There’s something else – a way to fatally sabotage this whole goat orgy.  Let’s walk through how.

First, do some research on an 1863 federal law still in effect, the False Claims Act (FCA).  Note that its purpose is to catch and prosecute any company or contractor that fraudulently engages in business with the US government.

Focus on the FCA’s provision of Qui tam – a legal doctrine by which “private individuals who assist a prosecution can receive for themselves all or part of the damages or financial penalties recovered by the government as a result of the prosecution.”  Such individuals are called “relators” in a legal action, but the common term for them is “whistleblowers” – particularly because they most often are an employee discovering the fraud.

Now let’s talk money.  The FCA link above states: “The government recovered $62.1 billion under the False Claims Act between 1987 and 2019 and of this amount, over $44.7 billion or 72% was from qui tam cases brought by relators.”  Since a relator/whistleblower receives between 15 to 30%, that’s a total of $6.5 to $13.5 billion dollars in their pockets.  In 2020 alone, out of the $1.6 billion recovered by the DOJ from cases filed under the FCA, “Qui tam whistleblowers received a total of $309 million in whistleblower rewards in 2020.”

Once understanding of this gets out to the millions of vax refuseniks working for a company doing business with the federal government, what greater incentive could there be to dig into company records for fraud in that business, then sue under the FCA, with a potential payoff orders of magnitude larger than the job they’re being fired from?

One of the astounding aspects of an FCA lawsuit is the whistleblower has powers similar to the Attorney General of the United States, and can sue on behalf of the US government.  His suit cannot be dismissed for lack of standing, he can issue subpoenas to company executives and videotape their testimony under oath.

A concluding note.  The victories were exhilarating and substantial this week but the war continues.  What has happened in the last few days will accelerate peak craziness by Dems and Woketards.  They are going to go bananas worse than ever, for they are in denial only, the first stage of grief.

What to hold on to is the tide against them has turned, too many Americans have enough of them and want their political extinction.  Just be steadfast, do not comply, and call out “Let’s go, Brandon!” at every opportunity.  FJB!
