Our POTUS started his birthday off right this morning on Fox and Friends, by applying the F word to Nervous Nancy Pelosi – the F word that she and the Democrat Party need to be described with at every opportunity:  Fascist.

Responding to Pelosi’s latest unhinged rant against him last night, accusing him of a “criminal cover-up” with no evidence whatever, the President said Pelosi “ought to be ashamed of herself – it’s a disgrace… it’s a fascist statement.”

Exactly.  Inside “Democrat” Pelosi is a fascist screaming to get out.  Inside every Democrat mediocrity running for president in 2020 is a fascist screaming to get out.  It’s not hidden on the inside for ilk like Occasional-Cortex or Ilhan Omar – they’re full frontal fascist in open daylight.

While they claim to be “democratic socialists,” we need to demand ubiquitously they be labeled “democratic fascists” – while reminding everyone what that means:  you can vote your way into fascism, but you have to shoot your way out.

It’s called The Trump Curse, and it struck last night in Oakland, California, providing the President with an early birthday present.

There is perhaps no team in professional sports that espouses more Trump-hatred than the Golden State Warriors, their coach Steve Kerr, and star players Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry in particular.  They are infamous for snubbing the White House and meeting with Obama instead, after winning the NBA championship last year.

Well, they won’t have a chance to insult the President and refuse a White House invitation this year, as the Toronto Raptors clinched the NBA title last night, defeating the Warriors 114-110 and the series 4-2.

Yesterday (6/13), Shakespeare could be heard at the White House reciting his famous line in Romeo and Juliet, “Parting is such sweet sorrow.”  Beloved Sarah Huckabee Sanders is leaving.

The great guessing game in DC right now is who will replace her as White House Pres Secretary.  The Washington Examiner says there are at least a dozen contenders.  But there are several others.  TTP’s choice is Candance Owens.

Is this the Tweet of the Week?

Great idea, but ace investigator John Solomon popped any chance of that balloon yesterday (6/13) at The Hill: Feds gone wild: DOJ’s Stunning Inability to Prosecute Its Own Bad Actors.  It’s a disheartening must-read.

The corruption described by VDH this week – Elites Above the Law – the FBI Tragedy – now applies to the entire Justice Department.

Just look at the corrupt tragedy destroying the life of my good friend Steve Stockman.

We dream of our new champion Attorney General Barr indicting, prosecuting, and incarcerating James Comey, John Brennan, and the whole cabal of criminally corrupt Obamunists – but I’m afraid it’s just a pipe dream.  Maybe, just maybe it could happen in Trump’s second term if the Dems are prevented from a tsunami of voter fraud.

But don’t hold your breath until then.  The Deep State corruption of our Justice Department is far too deeply entrenched.

Speaking of Dem Voter Fraud, it continued apace this week (6/13) with the New York Assembly Giving Drivers Licenses to Illegal Aliens.

The problem of illegal aliens – aka Undocumented Democrats – is something no Wall can solve as there are already 20 to 30 million of them here, with the Dems doing every thing they can to enable their voting in 2020.  If they are allowed to, kiss America goodbye.

The solution was outlined in HFR 03/08/19 last March.  It’s a combination of The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), US federal law which has this provision:

 “§ 611. Voting by aliens: (a) It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner.” 

With the Real ID Act – a federal law that sets forth requirements for state driver’s licenses and ID cards to be accepted by the federal government for “official purposes”, as defined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.  Among them are a photo of the card holder and documented proof of US citizenship or legal status in the US.

As the DHS website states:

“Starting October 1, 2020, every state and territory resident will need to present a REAL ID compliant license/ID, or another acceptable form of identification, for accessing Federal facilities, entering nuclear power plants, and boarding commercial aircraft.  This is what we call ‘card-based’ enforcement.  The card, itself, must be REAL ID compliant unless the resident is using an alternative acceptable document such as a passport.

 

REAL ID allows compliant states to issue driver’s licenses and identification cards where the identity of the applicant cannot be assured or for whom lawful presence is not determined.  In fact, some states currently issue such noncompliant cards to undocumented individuals.

 

These cards must clearly state on their face (and in the machine readable zone) that it is not acceptable for official purposes and must use a unique design or color to differentiate them from compliant cards.” 

You can see that the key words are “official purposes.”  The Real ID Act – Public Law 109-13 Title II Section 201 (3) – gives this definition:

 “Official purpose.–The term ‘official purpose’ includes but is not limited to accessing Federal facilities, boarding federally regulated commercial aircraft, entering  nuclear power plants, and any other purposes that the Secretary shall determine.”

Again, note my underline.  The Secretary of Homeland Security, currently Kevin McAleenan (Acting), has unlimited legal authority to require “federal identification” for whatever is deemed an “official purpose” at the direction of his boss President Donald Trump.

Such as voting in a federal election – from which non-US citizens are prohibited per the IIRAIRA.  And how convenient that every resident in every US state or territory must have a federally compliant Real ID to get on a commercial plane by October 1, 2020 – just in time for the election on November 3.

Combining the IIRAIRA and the Real ID Act provides the legal basis for Trump under the presidential designation (by Obama) of election systems as “critical infrastructure” for US national security, to mandate Election Day Only Voting with US Citizen Photo Voter ID (diplomat/military absentee ballots the only exception) to be in effect and applied to federal elections in 2020.

With this, the whole illegal alien vote fraud scam with which the Dems are planning to steal 2020 would die – and with it all Dem hope of defeating The Donald.

Time for the HFR Heroes of the Week.  They would be David Gibson and his father Allyn, owners of Gibson’s Bakery in Elyria, Ohio – who yesterday had a jury award them $44 million in their suit against Oberlin College.

They had the courage to stand up to the Liberal Fascist bullying of the college whose administrators and students tried their best to destroy them with protests calling them racists.  Their courage paid off.

After awarding the Gibsons $11 million in material damages, yesterday the jury was convinced to award them an additional $33 million in punitive damages as a message to all colleges and institutions across the country.  As the Gibsons’ lawyer argued:

“The greater emphasis in my mind and the greater value is the deterrence and the discouragement of this not only continuing to happen to the Gibsons but just as importantly to make sure that the example is made so that others are deterred or discouraged from doing it.”

This is a solid victory for moral sanity in US higher education.

Is there any hope, however, for educational sanity in our colleges and universities?  There’s little evidence of it so far – as the Daily Mail shows: Nearly half of millennials in America would prefer to live in a socialist rather than capitalist society.

Which begs the question:  Are Millennials smarter than mice?

Let’s hope they figure it out in the real world after being criminally mis-educated in school.

Good question, Joe.  My question would be: could POTUS issue an EO directing the FCC to designate FB/Twitter as publishers and no longer as platforms, and that would be that?

Second is Mike Ryan.  He tells us about a privacy technology called Tails:
