IS ROBERT MUELLER A JUDAS GOAT?

mueller-monsterIs Robert Mueller Dr. Jekyll? Or is he Mr. Hyde?

Judging by the Special Counsel’s final report, he’s both.

Volume I killed the Russia collusion narrative dead, then drove a wooden stake through its heart.

The Special Counsel’s report “stated emphatically in numerous instances that there was no evidence – not merely that there was insufficient evidence to obtain a criminal conviction – that key prongs of this three year old conspiracy theory actually happened,” said (lefty, but honest) journalist Glenn Greenwald.

Here are seven specific media “bombshells” the Mueller report debunked.

The Steele dossier was the chief source for those bogus “bombshells.” Team Mueller found no evidence to prove any of the allegations in it are true.

The Steele dossier is filled with Russian disinformation, the New York Times finally acknowledged.

After crushing moonbat hopes in Volume I, the Mueller report revived them in Volume II by implying President Trump may have obstructed justice.

According to Team Mueller, you can “obstruct” an investigation in which there is no underlying crime merely by criticizing it, or by thinking about doing something, even if you don’t actually do it.

John Nolte lists here Mueller’s 10 absurd examples of “obstruction.”

The legal theory on which the obstruction speculation is based – that otherwise lawful actions, added together, can indicate criminal intent — is buncombe, Bill Barr wrote last June (before he was attorney general).

But even assuming this preposterous theory were valid, nothing President Trump did or said would constitute obstruction, Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein concluded.

Evidently Mueller agrees with Barr and Rosenstein on the law, because he punted the decision on whether to indict to them, rather than make it himself, as he was supposed to do.

If Team Mueller had followed longstanding DOJ rules, there would be no Volume II.

A prosecutor should never discuss publicly evidence about a person not charged because it shifts the burden of proof, “the constitutional right of every American to force the government to prove a crime has been committed, rather than to have to prove his or her own innocence,” said former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy.

Volume II doesn’t make a legal argument for a court of law. It makes a political argument for the court of public opinion.

The “evidence” for obstruction is grounds for impeachment, say Fauxcahontas Warren and the de facto Speaker of the House, Alexandria Occasional-Cortex.

The Lying Swine jumped on “obstruction” with the same zest and enthusiasm with which they flogged the bogus collusion narrative.

Democrats and Fake Newsers marched arm-in-arm, in lockstep, to promote collusion. But now their interests sharply diverge.

With the collusion narrative dead and buried, Americans want investigations of the President to stop. For most Democrats – especially those elected from swing districts – the smart move is to take the L and move on.

Kellyanne Conway graphically illustrated Democrat accomplishments to date.

Dems have 18 months before the next election in which to write something on that page. The more they rant about Orange Man Bad, the longer it stays blank.

Democrats who were not active participants in the coup plot can Emily Litella what they said about collusion and live to fight another day.

Fake Newsers have more to lose, and a much shorter time horizon. If they admit everything they “reported” about the biggest scandal in American history was 100 percent wrong, their credibility is shot. They’ll hemorrhage viewers, readers, advertising dollars.

Harping on collusion was very good for the cable “news” networks, especially MSNBC. The longer they can keep moonbat hopes alive, the longer they forestall a ratings collapse.

Doom is inevitable, but Fake Newsers want to delay it as long as they can, muddy the waters as much as they can, so their bias, corruption and incompetence won’t be so obvious.  That doesn’t seem to be working for CNN, as POTUS trolled yesterday (4/22):

cnn-plummetsTo flirt with impeachment over risible claims of obstruction invites electoral disaster. But Dems who took part in the coup plot care more about staying out of jail than re-election. They, like the Fake Newsers, have dug themselves a hole so deep they’ve no choice but to keep digging.

If the House impeaches, the trial in the Senate would be terrific for the ratings of cable news shows, but so horribly bad for Democrats it could destroy the party for a generation, maybe forever.

Speaker Pelosi surely knows this. Can she resist the pressure from moonbats, the complicit, Fake Newsers to commit seppuku? Her inability, or unwillingness, to rebuke Ilhan Omar’s vile anti-Semitism suggests no.

“Teapot” Nadler wants Mueller to testify to the House Judiciary Committee. I bet President Trump does, too.

The President is a master of strategic deception who goads his adversaries into rash acts that expose who they truly are.

I can think of no instance where Trump has told an outright lie, but of many when he feigned anger at key subordinates to shield them from leftist criticism and scrutiny.

Volume II is a very low blow, but I think the president secretly is pleased with it. Whatever he may tweet, he wants Dems to march down the suicidal path of impeachment.

Never interfere with an enemy while he is destroying himself,” Napoleon said.

Trump goes Napoleon one better by using Judas Goats to lead his enemies to Perdition.

Whether he wants to be or not, knows it or not, Mueller is a Judas Goat.

Trump gives adversaries enough rope to overreach, then exposes them as liars and hypocrites.

If Mueller tells Teapot Nadler in a public hearing he agrees with Barr (which is the way to bet), Democrats will suffer a crushing blow.

Was Mueller running a sting to discredit the Special Counsel investigation?

The bizarre obstruction theory of Volume II is the brainchild of Mueller’s deputy, Andrew Weismann. He and Jeannie Rhee have conflicts of interest that could jeopardize all the Special Counsel’s prosecutions.

Volume I omits critical facts that indicate Democrat wrongdoing, such as the role of Fusion GPS in the Trump Tower meeting with Don Jr.

Volume II omits critical facts that contradict the obstruction narrative. Some of the quotes from interviews with White House staffers may be fabrications.

The Mueller report states Wikileaks got the Hillary/Podesta emails from Russian military intelligence. Imagine the uproar if Julian Assange can prove he got them from someone else – murdered DNC data director Seth Rich perhaps.

Methinks Mueller gave Weismann et al enough rope to hang themselves.

Everything Mueller did helped Trump.

*He took Crossfire Hurricane away from the very crooked Andrew McCabe.

*DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz and U.S. Attorney John Huber could gather evidence against coup plotters without tipping them off – thanks to the distraction the Mueller investigation provided.

*Exonerating Trump on collusion was critically important.

*Waffling on obstruction benefits Trump too, because it keeps Dems on the suicidal path of impeachment.

Weeks ago, almost half the country believed Donald Trump was a traitor that colluded with the Russians. Now they think he is guilty of hiring a White House staff that was too ethical to help him obstruct justice,” noted Dawson S. Field. “Why would anyone believe the Mueller report was a bad thing?

Mueller’s hat is gray, not white or black. We’ll learn, soon, what shade of gray.
