HALF-FULL REPORT 04/28/17

Incoming!  There’s been such a barrage of news lobbed into the HFR this week that we thought we’d have to duck for cover.  But it turns out that most of it is  good.  Not all, though.  Might as well get that over with first.  Which means you need to read a new book just out.

Late last night (4/27) we were treated to the latest example of Paul Ryan’s disastrous leadership of the House:  Republicans won’t vote on ObamaCare repeal bill this week.  The reason is simple:  RINOs of the “Tuesday Group.”

There are some 50 of these schmucks, almost all of whom were among the 239 Pubs voting for full total repeal of Obamacare in January 2016 when it was a total sham facing an obvious Senate Dem filibuster and Zero veto.

Today, as Byron York reports (4/27), “pure repeal wouldn’t get 200 votes.”  Even the watered-down partial repeal offered now by the House Freedom Caucus is rejected by the Tuesday RINOs.

It’s an ultimate example of the “UniParty” opposing any reduction in government.  Obamacare is a 2,300-page law with 20,000 pages of rules, all of which has no Constitutional authority whatever.  The whole stinking cowpie should be buried in a deep hole – but it can’t because the UniParty needs the life-support of the $3.1 billion K Street lobbyists spend on them, and K Street wallows in cowpies.

So – the book you must read just came out (4/11) by Congressman Ken Buck (R-CO):  Drain the Swamp: How Washington Corruption Is Worse than You Think.

“Partisan gridlock,” Buck makes clear with an abundance of real-world examples, is not the problem – it’s the collusion and corruption between members of the UniParty.

The UniParty is the Swamp Trump was elected to drain – and it’s determined to prevent him.  Which is why at some point – the sooner the better – Trump will be forced to demand Ryan surrender his Speakership and the Tuesday Group be brought to heel.

Meanwhile, on Monday (4/24) the Spectator offered a marvelous way to end Congress’ obstinacy on Obamacare Repeal:  terminate, by a stroke of Trump’s pen, Congress’ illegal exemption.

In 2013, Zero ordered the OPM (Office of Personnel Management) to classify Congress as a small business with less than 50 employees (it has thousands), making it exempt from Obamacare rules.

All Trump has to do is order the classification withdrawn – and note that those Congressmen and Senators who fraudulently applied for the House and Senate exemption as a small business broke a law punishable by five years in prison.

The actual prospect of criminal prosecution by the Justice Department is the way to end UniParty corruption and bring RINOs to their senses.  It’s also a way to do the same with corrupt Obama judges.

As Fox News reported on Wednesday (4/26), 9^th Circuit Judge William Orrick was a fund-raising bundler for Obama, who rewarded him with a judgeship.  His blatant conflicts of interest required his recusal from ruling to block withholding of federal money from sanctuary cities.

As such, DOJ may prosecute him under Statuary law (28 USC 455): “A judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might be reasonably questioned.”

Further, any House Member may offer a Bill to Impeach a federal judge as a Civil Officer of the United States under Article II Section 4.  And further again, as the Yale Law Journal argues in “Removing Federal Judges Without Impeachment,” Congress may enact statutes to remove judges upon proof of judicial misbehavior.

As HFR 02/10/17 last February pointed out, TTP has been condemning since 2005 the Krytocracy – a tyranny of unelected judges – America suffers under.

Just as Trump’s efforts to MAGA will be stymied by the UniParty in Congress until he goes on the offense against them, so it will be by the Krytocracy.  There are legal and constitutional remedies for both, of which the President and Attorney General Sessions should take full advantage.

OK, let’s switch gears to the good stuff.  As Trump says, making a huge hoopla over the First 100 Days is “ridiculous.”  Nonetheless, Larry Elder makes a good point when he says (4/27):  Trump’s Biggest Achievement in 100 Days Is Stopping the Left.

Matt Continetti looks at it from the reverse angle:  What about the Democrats’ first 100 days under Trump?  All they’ve achieved is Disunity, obstruction, incoherence, obsession, and obliviousness.  What a Gang of Losers.

Speaking of losers, looks like Georgia Congresscritter Hank Johnson will be investigated for ethics violations regarding his assisting his former aide Jon Ossoff’s election campaign.  You remember Ossoff as the Dem who didn’t win the 6^th CD race last week (4/18).  Can’t resist relaying what the wags are saying – that his nickname is Jack, while the correct pronunciation of his last name puts the accent on the second syllable.

We need to be clear that Hank Johnson is a retard.  For real – he actually is mentally retarded.

On March 25, 2010 during testimony of Admiral Robert Willard, Commander of the US Pacific Command, to the House Armed Services Committee, concerning the US military installations on Guam, Johnson stated: “My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize.”  Watch – he really said that in all seriousness:

Of course the question is, how retarded are the voters of Georgia’s 4^th CD who have elected him six successive times since 2006?  Wish there was a study of the IQ of Democrat voters averaged across the entire country.  Odds are high it would be two digits, not three.

Time for the big news and it is fabulous:  Trump’s Taxes Chain Saw Massacre.   “The Biggest Tax Cut in History Says Treasury Secretary” is one headline.

Of course, the Party of Fascist Envy condemns it as “Tax Break for the Rich!”  That’s megaphoned by the Fake News Lying Swine, and acquiesced to by RINOs in the pay of K Street.

Now, what Trump has put forward is a proposal, an outline, but so far, so awesome.  Reducing the corporate tax from 35% to 15% is Richard Rahn’s – and every honest economist’s – dream.  If that is coupled with replacing depreciation with immediate full expensing as promised, it would skyrocket investment, entrepreneurship, and good employment.

Add to that repatriation of  $2.6 trillion in profits are being held tax-exempt abroad by U.S. multinationals under a rule that says they are only taxable if brought into the United States, and it’s a skyrocket to the Moon.

Then there’s the elimination of the hated Alternative Minimum Tax and the Death Tax – plus us individual filers to file on a one page form.  Oh yes – the beauty kicker is that it screws the high tax Blue States.  Being unable to deduct state income taxes from your federal is a great incentive for the Blues to reduce their tax thievery, or for you to move out of them.

Trump’s Tax Reform Proposal is the equal of Reagan’s or better.  We need to do all we can to enable it to become reality.

Now we come to something unbelievably cool.

Last night on Fox (4/27), Charles Krauthammer denounced “the fascist gangs that can shut down free speech.”  The White House, also last evening, did the same, calling the attack of free speech and those advocating it on college campuses like UC Berkeley “appalling.”

But bullies – especially leftie ones – are cowards.  Those being attacked are fighting back.  How they are doing it is a hi-tech mind-blow.  And low-tech fight-back-bash-your-head-in too.  Great combo.

The latter first.  Guys like Kyle Chapman – aka Based Stickman – have organized physical resistance to Antifa blackshirt fascists into FOAK – the Fraternal Order of Alt-Knights.  “FOAK Antifa” is their motto.

They have joined with Gavin McInnes’ ProudBoys:

Fantastic. Now for the hi-tech.

An example of Antifa fascist thuggery and Republican wimp out came in Portland, Oregon this week when the city’s annual Rose Parade tomorrow (Saturday April 29) was canceled because of Antifa threats of violence.

The Portland GOP responded:  “The question now is whether the City of Portland will be complicit in such conduct. We hope the City’s new leadership has the courage to respond to these threats appropriately.”

Waiting for complicit Portland in 2017 is like a 1937 German Jew asking for police protection from Nazis.  What the Portland Pubs need is the Safe Streets Project.

It started with some wannabe-celebrity C-list actor named Shia LaBeouf launching an “Anti-Trump Art Project” with a flag hidden somewhere in America he claimed no one could find.  It took the self-described “weaponized autists” of the online forum /pol/ news network about 37 hours to find the flag in a field in eastern Tennessee.

For their next trick, /pol/ identified a masked Antifa who hit a Trump supporter on the head with a metal bike lock bar.  The technology they used to identify him as a local teacher named Eric Clanton is amazing.  Clanton is now in hiding on the run from the law.

As you are reading this, the technology used to identify Antifa thugs is is going to be an open-source hub for collecting and analyzing information on Antifa. A phone app lets any witness to Antifa violence upload photo and video.  A back-end tech engine lets /pol/ techies sift through the material, identify Antifa perps, and send the intelligence to law enforcement for prosecution.

This week, Hillary-worshipper Anna Wintour confessed she wanted a Vogue cover story on America’s First Lady.

And on the same day, Wednesday (4/26), the lefties at Daily Beast capitulated:  How Melania Became Way Cooler than Ivanka.

America has the most stunningly beautiful, elegant, classy First Lady the world has ever seen.  The world is going to fall in love with her. The President chose well.
