On January 24, 1995, President Bill Clinton delivered his State of the Union address to a Joint Session of Congress.  These remarks during the address received a standing ovation from all Democrats and Republicans alike:

You may have to watch that more than once to believe your eyes and ears.  Meanwhile, what right-wing extremist xenophobic racist Islamophobe said this in response to Trump’s 90-day travel ban on citizens from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen?

“Kudos to President Trump for his brave decision. Trump banned the citizens of countries in the embrace of Iran and prevented the Iranians from entering. They can only be dealt with through preventive measures.  It is not necessary for America to host backward people, it has received enough before. What would a Yemini, Iraqi, Iranian, Somali or a Syrian do in America? They have destroyed their countries, they should not destroy America.”

The answer is this man, Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Police Chief of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Dubai's police chief Dhahi Khalfan poses at his office during an interview with Reuters in Dubai April 2, 2013. Sunni Muslim-ruled Gulf Arab states are often wary of subversion from their powerful Shi'ite neighbour Iran, but Dubai's veteran police chief Khalfan reserves most of his wrath for the "dictators" of the Muslim Brotherhood. Incidentally, it may come as a surprise to you that the Arab/Moslem nation of Kuwait has banned all visas to Kuwait for citizens of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan since 2011.

And here’s a question:  What do a professor of philosophy at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, and a Washington DC taxi driver from Lahore, Pakistan have in common?  They both believe that God sent Trump to save humanity.

Professor Murad Wahba stated this last Saturday (01/28) on Egyptian television, while Mohammed the taxi driver said essentially the same thing to me yesterday (02/02).

Of course you know that a clear majority (57%) of all Americans support Trump on this issue, meaning an overwhelming support of those who voted for him.

Which is why we needn’t be in any turmoil over the entire Global Moonbat Left being fully unhinged over everything Trump does.  One reason is:  This is no accident, comrades.  Everything Trump does has a purpose.  Think of the scene in The Bourne Supremacy (2004), when the CIA is trying to figure out what master assassin Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) is doing:

CIA agent Tom Cronin: He’s making his first mistake.

CIA analyst Nicki Parsons: It’s not a mistake. They don’t make mistakes. They don’t do random. There’s always an objective. Always a target.

CIA Deputy Director Pamela Landy: The objectives and targets always came from us. Who’s giving them to him now?

Nicki: Scary version? He is.

Trump’s unpredictability and off-the-wall impetuousness is an act.  He doesn’t do random.  There’s always an objective, always a target.

So, what in this regard is his target?  The entire Global Moonbat Left, from Angela Merkel and the EU Elite to some moronic masked punk violently rioting over Milo at UC Berkeley (Wednesday 02/01).  The objective?  To drive them literally insane with rage.

Witness the current cover of Germany’s #1 news magazine, Der Speigel, featured on Drudge today:

der-spiegel
Euroweenies are losing their minds – literally.  Just like American libtards promoting total lawlessness and indulging in an orgy of Trump-hatred.  Witness professional moonbat Brad Sherman (D-CA) make the same claim as Der Spiegel on the floor of the House this morning (02/03).

Trump will keep prodding them until they go from apoplexy to paralytic catatonia and give up – or until their behavior becomes so undeniably outrageous that he’ll be cheered when he comes down on them with a sledgehammer.

Personally, I can’t wait for the sledgehammer – but he’ll do it when he thinks it’s the right time, which is not yet.

Meanwhile, given threats like this from the fascist racist Nazis of Only Black Lives Matter, it’s time for all of us to carry – either open (opencarry.org) or concealed (usconcealedcarry.com).  Be sure to gain complete familiarity with whatever you carry and practice regularly at the range.  And if your life is threatened, act without hesitation or doubt.  Practice that too.

Now we come to the most fabulous news of the week.  Just two words: Neil Gorsuch.  He’s being touted as Scalia’s successor.  Okay, but the truth is, he’s better than Scalia. Much better.  Why?  Just one word:  Chevron.

Perhaps the most Constitutionally-violating decision of the Supreme Court of recent decades came in 1984 establishing “Chevron deference.”  Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. ordered US courts to give free rein to government agencies to interpret their regulations applying to a law in any dispute with anyone disagreeing or being punished by them.  No kidding.

It’s a straightforward invitation to bureaucratic fascism, giving federalies vast and unconstitutional power over every aspect of our lives.  What’s more, in 2013, SCOTUS upheld Chevron in a 6-3 decision (City of Arlington, Texas v FCC):  “Courts must apply the Chevron framework to an agency’s interpretation of a statutory ambiguity that concerns the scope of the agency’s statutory authority (i.e., its jurisdiction.”

Guess who wrote the majority decision upholding Chevron deference?  Antonin Scalia.  So much for him being a Constitutional orginalist.

In this light, you are encouraged to read the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals 2016 decision in Gutierrez-Brizuela v. Lynch (where the latter is Obama’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch) – for the majority decision for the petitioner and against the government was written by Judge Neil Gorsuch.  Key excerpts:

“There’s an elephant in the room with us today. We have studiously attempted to work our way around it and even left it unremarked. But the fact is Chevron… permit(s) executive bureaucracies to swallow huge amounts of core judicial and legislative power and concentrate federal power in a way that seems more than a little difficult to square with the Constitution of the framers’ design. Maybe the time has come to face the behemoth…

Under Chevron the people aren’t just charged with awareness of and the duty to conform their conduct to the fairest reading of the law that a detached magistrate can muster. Instead, they are charged with an awareness of Chevron; required to guess whether the statute will be declared ‘ambiguous’ (courts often disagree on what qualifies); and required to guess (again) whether an agency’s interpretation will be deemed ‘reasonable.’

Who can even attempt all that, at least without an army of perfumed lawyers and lobbyists? And, of course, that’s not the end of it. Even if the people somehow manage to make it through this far unscathed, they must always remain alert to the possibility that the agency will reverse its current view 180 degrees anytime based merely on the shift of political winds and still prevail.”

No wonder the Libtard Mafia is freaking out.  This is a judge who graduated from Harvard Law and got a doctorate in law at Oxford.  His decisions are written clearly, beautifully, and entertainingly in plain English.  He was unanimously confirmed by the Senate for the 10th Circuit on July 20, 2006 without objection from Dem Sens. Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid et al.

McConnell has made it clear he will eliminate the 60-vote rule, disallow filibusters, and have a simple majority vote to confirm Gorsuch if necessary.  His confirmation is a done deal.  He will apply his legal brilliance to overturning a good many SCOTUS abominations including the greatest of all, Roe v. Wade.

As he dismantles the entire administrative state, vast numbers of federalie ‘crats will have to find honest jobs.  On January 11, the House passed the Regulatory Accountability Act of 2017, which repeals Chevron deference.  Gorsuch will be there to uphold it.

The Gorsuch SCOTUS nomination is a Trump masterstroke – and there’s not a damn thing the Dems can do to prevent it.

As of early this evening, the Fox headline is Calls mount for Trump administration to label Muslim Brotherhood ‘terrorist organization’.

Let’s hope so – and now Trump should follow that up with labeling George Soros’ Open Society Foundations a ‘terrorist organization’ – as advocated yesterday in George Soros Is A Terrorist.

Even more so now, that there is a serious argument being made that Soros conspired with Zero to overthrow the papacy of Benedict XVI and replace him with the Marxist Pope Francis I.  It’s the must read of the week.

The Aussies ae having a field day laughing at how Trump took their PM Malcolm Turnbull downtown in their phone conversation on Wednesday (02/01):  Trump Calls Turnbull’s Dumb Bluff is how the Herald Sun headlined it.

Some background.  The Oz policy is to prevent Moslem refugee “boat people” trying to land in Oz claiming “asylum” thus welfare status.  They take them off their makeshift rafts and take them to an island country called Nauru to live in a miserable refugee camp.

Nauru is the ridiculous Island of Fubar I wrote about in October 2013 – the highest standard of fubardness on earth.  Then in November 2013, in the Land of Oz, I described the refugee scam with pictures of the camps.

This past November – after Trump’s victory, Turnbull made a slimy deal with Zero for us to take 1,250 Moslem “refugees” now in Nauru (and in another camp on the New Guinea island of Manus) and off Oz’s hands.  Turnbull told Trump in the phone call he was holding him to Zero’s deal.  Trump told him, it’s not my deal, get lost.

World leaders are finding out how stupid it is to try and bluff The Donald.  I can hardly wait to see what happens when Putin tries – as he will.

So we end Week Two of the Era of Trump.  It’s been, ah, eventful.  And enjoyable.  Expect Week Three to be both.
