HALF-FULL REPORT 09/02/16

Pantelleria, Strait of Sicily, Italian Mediterranean.  Welcome to Europe’s hidden ultimate hideaway for the rich and famous.  No matter who you are, nobody cares. It’s totally laid back. No big fancy resorts, no tourists, no paparazzi, no autograph hounds, you’re left alone in peace, solitude, and private luxury.

There’s just one little problem, right on the horizon you see in the distance.  The map should make it obvious.

Yep, this hidden paradise is closer to Africa (37 miles – you can see the Tunisian coast on a clear day) than it is to Europe (62 miles to Sicily).  Since Sunday (8/28), between 10 and 15,000 “migrants” from Africa in leaky boats have been “rescued” in the Strait of Sicily.

Did the Italian Coast Guard take them back to Africa?  Silly question, of course not.  They were taken to Italy to be fed, clothed, sheltered with full medical services by Italian taxpayers.  So you can see why here in Pantelleria you get a useful perspective on the main story of the week in America – Trump vs. Clinton on illegal immigration.

This has been a news week of mind-numbing global intensity.  There are events you should know about in at least 15 countries on five continents.  Let’s see how many I can get to – starting obviously with Mexico.

The most surprised guy on the planet late last week was Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto.  He issued a pro forma invitation to both Trump and Hillary for a meeting/discussion as a diplomatic nicety.  He got the reply he expected from her office, thanking him, will do our best to rearrange the busy schedule, our people will be in touch with your people, blah blah.

He fell out of his chair with Trump’s reply:  Muchas gracias, I’m on my way, I’ll see you tomorrow!  You can imagine the freakout in the presidential chambers:  “QUE???  Hay-soos Crees-toh!!!”  And however you say WTF!! in Mexican.

It was the very last thing he expected.  But when the shock subsided, here’s what Nieto told his aides:

“This man knows exactly what he is doing.  His immediate acceptance is political brilliance.  We have to welcome him, treat him with respect, state our position forcefully but with dignity, and listen to him carefully.  A man this smart cannot be underestimated.  He may be the next US president.  We have to see what might be possible with him.”

As you know, Trump’s meeting and press conference with Nieto on Wednesday (8/31) was an absolute triumph.  Here is the text of the press conference.  The Lying Swine Media went apoplectic.

John Bolton stated what everyone could see, that it was an “outstanding success, something daring and dramatic, which you will never see from Hillary Clinton.”  As did Byron York, that it was a “huge win” for Trump.  As did Charles Krauthammer,  that it’s “no longer hard to imagine him to be president.”

In addition, Trump just owned the entire global news cycle for days, leaving Shrillary forgotten in the dust.  That may be the real take-home from this:

That Trump has this almost unmatched capacity to do something straight out of the unexpected blue yet fiendishly clever, so much so that it catches Hillary with her pantsuit down, leaving her dumbstruck in a rattled cage.

I can’t wait until he does it again.

Actually, it only took him a few hours.  After his meeting with President Nieto in Mexico City, he flew to Arizona, delivering to a massive crowd filling the Phoenix Convention Center,  his 10-point policy on illegal immigration.

Again, the LSM went looney-tunes, but as David Frum (no conservative he!) asks, What Was So Shocking About Trump’s Immigration Speech?  “It shouldn’t be offensive,” he observes, “to consider the interests of Americans before those of illegal immigrants.”

Here is the full text of Trump’s immigration speech.  I encourage you to read it entire.  This was the best 60 seconds:

And the night before, Tuesday (8/30), to 15,000 folks filling the XFinity Arena in Everett, Washington, he delivered a jaw-dropper yet again.  It’s being called the Forgotten America speech (the link is to the full transcript).

No Republican presidential candidate has ever, in my lifetime or yours, said anything like this:

“No group in America has been more harmed by Hillary Clinton’s policies than African-Americans.

There is no better evidence of this fact than Hillary Clinton’s immigration policy, which brings in illegal immigrants and refugees to take jobs from hardworking African-American and Hispanic citizens.

Instead of providing free healthcare and jobs to millions of refugees from around the world, we should rebuild our inner cities and provide jobs to struggling Americans.

Tonight, I am asking for the vote of every African-American and Hispanic citizen in this country who wants a better future.

The inner cities of our country have been run by the Democrat Party for fifty, sixty, seventy years.  These Democrat policies – the policies of Hillary Clinton – have produced only poverty, joblessness, failing schools, broken homes, and rising crime.

I will not accept a future in which children of any color in this country are not fully included in the American Dream. Our whole country loses when we leave millions of talented, aspiring Americans on the sidelines. We want to give everyone a chance to contribute their full talents to our economy and our country.

Remember: the Republican Party is the Party of Lincoln, the party of freedom, equality and opportunity. It is the Democratic Party that is the party of slavery, the party of Jim Crow, the party of oppression.

Nothing makes me more honored and proud than to be the nominee of Abraham Lincoln’s Republican Party.  Our party will fight to bring hope to every forgotten stretch of this country.  Once again, we will be One American Nation.”

This is why I remain convinced of what I wrote Tuesday (8/30), that Hillary Is Going to Lose.

Okay, first the headline yesterday (9/01):  Europe Reels As A New Wave Of Refugees Begins To Flood The Continent.  It is utterly asinine.  A full tsunami of North African and Middle Eastern Moslems into Euroweenie Land.  But there are bright spots of courage.

In Poland, Interior Minister Mariusz Błaszczak announced yesterday (8/31) that a horde of Chechen Moslem “refugees” will not be accepted.  The situation is “an attempt to open another route for the influx of Moslems to Europe, (and) we will not put Poland in danger of terrorism.”

In Austria,  latest polls show the “Austrian Donald Trump,” presidential candidate Norbert Hofer has opened up a six point lead over his Euroweenie opponent.  The election is October 2^nd.

In Hungary, the anti-migrant vote has become “unstoppable,” with elections slated also on October 2^nd.

In Italy, the Rome government has finally started to fly “refugees” back to where they came from – in this case, Sudan.  It’s just a trickle, but at least it’s a start.

In Germany, 50% of Germans now want Merkel thrown out of office next year.  Again just a start, for it means that the other 50% of Germans are still masochistic idiots.

In France, mayors are defying a high court decision to ban the “burkini ban.”  The mayor of Cogolin (next to St. Tropez on the Riviera), Marc Etienne Lansade, told CNN, “If you don’t want to live the way we do, don’t come.  You have to behave in the way that people behave in the country that accepted you, and that is it.”  Dozens of other mayors say the same.

Also in France, even the French Left has turned against the EU, while the French Right led by Marine Le Pen is gaining popularity for advocating a “Frexit” – France out of the EU like the Brits have.  Oh, and Wednesday (8/31), Le Pen declared, “For France, anything is better than Hillary Clinton.”

In Russia, Putin continues on his KGB path of brute win-lose imperialism – naked Russian intimidation without the Soviet rationale of Marxism-Leninism.

Here’s a tragically typical headline from Monday (8/29): Russian journalist critical of Vladimir Putin found dead on his birthday with gunshot wound to his head.

The good news is Bloomberg reporting on Monday (8/29) that the Russian economy is going down the tubes.  The reporters try to cover this up by saying the “recovery” is being “delayed.”  Right, delayed until the tomorrow that never comes.

In Turkey, it’s now confirmed what the HFR last Friday (8/26) revealed, that Erdogan’s invasion of Syria is an anti-Kurdish operation, not anti-ISIS.  In fact, it’s meant to protect ISIS.

In Uzbekistan,  the Soviet apparatchik who ruled the place since it was part of the USSR, finally croaked today (9/02).  Good riddance to a monster.  Watch for China to start buying off who comes to power.

In Malyasia, an incredible scandal is peaking over the billion-dollar theft of a development fund by government officials.  Ask anyone in the capital, Kuala Lumpur, and they’ll tell you who’s the main thief:  Prime Minister Najib Rezak himself.

In China, eyes are fixed on the G20 Summit this weekend (9/04-05) in Hangzhou, China.  It’s the last one, thank heavens, that Zero will attend.  He’ll showboat by pretending he has the authority to sign the latest Paris Climate Change Treaty without Senate ratification.

The Chicoms will strut and prance, but the WaPo rained on their parade with this headline (8/27): Why China Won’t Own Next-Generation Manufacturing.  It’s true, but only if Trump wins and erases federalie regulations smothering manufacturing in the US.

In Brazil,  President Dilma Rousseff was formally removed from office yesterday (9/01) in an impeachment trial.  Brazilians finally got sick and tired of 13 years of Socialist Workers rule.

In Venezuela, a vast crowd of over a half-million flooded the streets of Caracas yesterday (9/01), carrying signs saying No mas socialismo! – No more socialism! – and demanding the removal of Hugo Chavez’s thuggish dictator-successor Nicolas Maduro.

Venezuela is a totally failed state.  Maduro will double down, the repression will get worse, the Cuban secret police who really control things will liquidate any protest leader.  The country is headed towards a full Gotterdammerung of blood.  This is where socialist tyranny inevitably leads.  That may be our fate if Hillary wins.

In Gabon, the former French colony in Central Africa,  there have been uncontrollable riots in Libreville and other cities over the ruling Bongo family stealing another election on Wednesday (8/31).  The whole country is rapidly collapsing into chaos.

This has relevance for us.  As you know, I consider the gravest threat we face right now is not ISIS or illegal immigration – it is Democrat Voter Fraud.

Thus we have news stories this week with headlines such as this on Wednesday (8/31):  Obama DHS Eyes Election Takeover.

Using scare stories of Russian hacking of Democrat computers as an excuse, Homeland Security wants to designate state and local elections systems as “critical infrastructure” justifying their seizure by federalies.

That’s the ballgame, folks.  This happens, kiss any semblance of democracy goodbye.  The presidential election is a fraud with rigged voting machines, we end up like Gabon or Venezuela, only a lot worse because millions of people have guns and ammo but will get mowed down by military professionals.

This fate must be avoided at all costs.  It’s the one thing we should all urge upon Trump to warn against and prevent.

That’s a serious downer so here’s the funniest news of the week.  On Wednesday (8/31) in Honolulu, Zero once again demonstrated what an idiot he is with a Chicken Little speech on climate change.  He gave an example of how man-made global warming is destroying the planet:  “Crops are withering in the Marshall Islands.”

Crops?  Crops??  The Marshall Islands are small coral atolls.  There are no “crops” save for coconuts and breadfruit in abundance.  I was just there in June.  Here I am in the capital Majuro with President Hilda Heine.  Zero really is a zero.

And here I am now in Pantelleria –

The reason I don’t look worried about the Moslem flood is that it bypasses this seemingly desolate island with a rocky coast and no place to land.  It still is Europe’s ultra-low key hidden retreat.

We need to make America a retreat from all the garbage in the world, a haven of peaceful liberty.  We’ve got little more than two months as a window of opportunity.
