Good grief.  What a disastrous, horrible, no-good lousy week this has been… for The PIAPS.

I’m sure you need cheering up after this depressing news, and if listening to a masterful British orator won’t do it, nothing will:

If there is anyone the Libtard Media hate more than Trump, it’s Nigel “Mr. Brexit” Farage.  For us, one of the best consequences of a Trump Presidency would be to enormously boost the odds of Farage being the next British Prime Minister.

Nigel was precisely correct in Jackson, Mississippi on Wednesday (8/24) when he told a crowd of 10,000 that the global elite went Full Wacko in predicting the end of the world if the Brits voted to leave the EU, that every major pollster in the Solar System reported the Remain vote would win by double digits – and that both the doomsters and pollsters ended up spectacularly wrong.

Leave beat Remain 52% to 48% in the highest voter turnout in British history (over 72%).  The British economy has surged so much since Brexit on June 23 that even the left-wing London Guardian had to headline on Tuesday (8/23):  UK Economic Indicators Defy Brexit Fears.

Remind you of anything going on in the US?  That’s why it was a masterstroke of Trump to have Farage hop over the Pond to campaign for him.

And did he ever get under Shrillary’s skin.  Farage yesterday (8/25) wasted no time in responding:  “I think Hillary Clinton is running scared… Perhaps Mrs. Clinton should spend more time speaking to normal, working people in her country than trying to attack me using dodgy half-quotes.”

Nigel Farage, however, was the very least of her worries this week.  On Monday (8/22), the WaPo ran this front page story: FBI Uncovers 14,900 More Documents in Clinton Email Probe.    This is due to the unrelenting perseverance of Judicial Watch in exposing them.

The emails show that Clinton Foundation donor Claudio Osorio – currently in federal prison – got $10 million from the Clinton State Dept. for a phony Haiti charity.

They show that Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman was extorted out of $32 million to the Clinton Global Initiative before he could get a face-to-face meeting with the Secretary of State in her 7^th floor Foggy Bottom office.

Hillary chief aide Huma Abedin – who will be White House Chief of Staff should Shrillary win – brokered most of these deals.  She got her own headline story this week when on Wednesday (8/24), the London Daily Mail reported:

Huma Abedin Was Working as Assistant Editor at Her Mother’s Radical Muslim Journal When It Blamed America for 9/11.

Huma – known by many inside the Beltway as Mrs. Carlos Danger as she has a sham marriage to pervert Anthony Weiner – and Hillary have had an intimate relationship since 1996.  Google “Huma Hillary lovers” and you’ll get over 350,000 hits.  Secret Service agents say Huma is just as rude and obnoxious to them as her elderly girlfriend is.

But all that was the just Prelim to this.

On Wednesday (8/24), New Yorkers woke up to this cover of the NY Post:

The story inside was headlined:  A Nation for Sale under Hillary Clinton.  But this isn’t a Post scoop – this is an exposé of the Clinton Foundation’s naked criminality by the media’s gold-standard flagship, the Associated Press itself.   Every newspaper in the country uses an AP newsfeed.  As such, it cannot be ignored by the Libtard Media and it is utterly devastating.

To top it off, her “I know there’s a lot of smoke but there’s no fire” defense she gave to CNN was such an Epic Fail that another media flagship, TIME Magazine yesterday (8/25) had to denounce it:  Hillary Clinton’s Reaction to Her Foundation Scandal Is Disastrous.

Both the NY Post story and TIME essay are must-reads.  Trump was fully justified to declare that, “It is now clear that the Clinton Foundation is the most corrupt enterprise in political history.”

The IBD, in a summary of the Clinton Corruption Chronicles yesterday, opined that the revelations this week “should be an election-killer for Clinton.”  It certainly should be if America were still a moral nation.

If America proves itself to still be and Trump wins, Rudy Giuliani will be his Attorney General.  Rudy as AG will prosecute the Clintons and put them in jail.  That’s why the Clintons will do anything – anything including suiciding Rudy or Trump himself – to prevent that.

Those are the stakes.  Sobering, isn’t it?

Jack Kelly had a marvelous column this week on Journalists as Presstitutes.  They are intentionally biased for the left, willful propagandists and shills for the Democrats.

There is another way they presstitute themselves that you should know about, for it will give you a far deeper insight into how journalism really works.

My copy of yesterday’s International New York Times (8/25) has the top front-page headline: Turkey Sends Forces into Syria in Fight Against ISIS.  The Online version is only slightly different.  The story is a fraud on purpose by the NYT.

Turkey’s president Erdogan stated publicly that sending his military into Syria was a direct response to the ISIS suicide bombing of a wedding in Gaziantep in southeastern Turkey on Saturday (8/20), resulting in 54 killed and scores wounded.  He hailed his forces for capturing the “Islamic State stronghold” of Jarabulus in Syria on the border with Turkey.

The truth is that, as reported by the Turkish press, Turkish officials have “no clue” as to who the terrorist perpetrators are.  The truth is that Gaziantep is a Kurdish town, that it was a Kurdish wedding, the people killed were Kurds, and that the area is a stronghold of the armed secessionist movement PKK – the Kurdistan Workers Party.

In fact, the truth is that it was a PKK wedding bombed by ISIS with the express approval of Erdogan.

In revenge, just hours ago today (8/26), the PKK car-bombed a Turkish police station at Cizre near the Syrian border east of Jarabulus, killing 11 policemen and injuring 78.

The truth is that the Turkish military “capture” of Jarabulus is an anti-Kurdish operation, not anti-ISIS.  ISIS guerrillas were informed in advance and told to skedaddle. Note the NYT coyly observes that the streets were empty and Turkish soldiers just walked in.

By coincidence, Vice-President SloJoe Biden was in Ankara, the Turkish capital, on the very day of the Jarabulus operation (ereyesterday, 8/24).  He made it abundantly clear that the purpose of Jarabulus was for Turkey to seize the town before the Syrian Kurds could.

The NYT (see Online link above) quoted him at press conference saying nothing about ISIS but rather, issuing a particularly undiplomatic blunt warning to the Syrian Kurds that they stay “on the eastern side of the Euphrates River” (Jarabulus is on the Euphrates’ west bank):

“We have made it clear to Kurdish forces that they must move back across the river.  We cannot and will not give American support if they do not keep that commitment.  Period.”

In other words, the Turkish incursion was to keep the Azaz Corridor providing a Turkish sanctuary for ISIS open.  You learned about the Azaz Corridor in HFR 04/01/16 and we discussed it again in last week’s HFR.  The NYT shows it clearly in its map of where Jarabulus is, entitling it Turkey Takes the Fight to ISIS Territory:

The Syrian Kurds want to close the ISIS corridor separating their two territories, controlling thereby the entire northern border of Syria and shutting off ISIS from any support and supplies from Turkey.

It obviously should be an American priority to enable them to do this, if Zero really wanted to defeat ISIS.  But no, here’s Biden angrily warning the Kurds not to shut the corridor down or else.  All to keep our Islamofascist enemy, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, happy.

The Middle East and State Department correspondents at the New York Times know this and so do the editors.  So why the fraud?

Because that’s the way journalism works with governments.  You skew the story the way your sources in Ankara or Foggy Bottom want, or they no longer answer your phone calls.  Sources are a journalist’s life-blood.  Without them, he better go into another line of work.

So he develops relationships that are lovingly cared for.  Happy to skew and distort away for you, bro, no problemo.  In return, he’s the guy they call to divulge a juicy tidbit or scandal.

That, incidentally, is why it’s almost impossible for a conservative to run any government agency from State on down.  All that needs happen is for a libtard bureaucrat to call his libtard journo at the WaPo or the NYT to dish out some damaging dirt, and either there’s a clamor for him to resign or he agrees to be the bureaucracy’s pet.

Now you know just how ineradicable pressitution is.

Last week Monday (8/15), Sweden’s Foreign Minister tweeted her outrage at the Turkish constitutional court’s July decision to abolish part of the country’s criminal code that classifies sexual acts with children under 15 as “sexual abuse”:

Erdogan was not satisfied with Wallstrom’s counterpart, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, summoning Sweden’s ambassador in Ankara to denounce the “scandalous” accusation.  No, believe it or not, he has ordered billboards in airports erected and newspaper articles to proclaim that “Sweden Is The Rape Capital of the World.”

Yes, Sweden is – because Moslem immigrant men are doing all the raping.  Sweden has taken in more Moslem “refugees” per capita than any other country in Europe.  What you reap, you sow.  Hopefully, Erdogan’s being such an insufferable jerk will wake the Swedish people up.

For over a year now, the most popular party in Sweden is the anti-immigration Swedish Democrats run by Jimmie Akesson.  You first learned about him six years ago in HFR 06/11/10 – yes, in 2010:

“The Swedish Geert Wilders is Jimmie Akesson and his Sweden Democrats party (Sverigedemokraterna, SD).  The party’s campaign slogan is Bevara Sverige Svenskt – Keep Sweden Swedish.

 

But SD is more than that – it wants to Keep Sweden Christian.  Which is why most Iraqi Christians (Chaldean, Assyrian, and Syraic Orthodox), some 40,000, who have fled Moslem persecution in a country Americans died to liberate, are SD members.

 

The giant difference is that Iraqi Christians want to assimilate into Sweden, while the Moslems want Sweden to assimilate into Islam.  Oh, yes – SD is also solid free market and pro-small business, plus pro-family and “one man-one woman” marriage.  The HFR is rooting for Jimmie Akesson and his Sweden Democrats.”

Sweden is now run by a coalition of Moslem-fearing Euroweenies.  Let’s hope they soon won’t be.

The Finns could help show them how.  Last year, Finnish patriots formed the Soldiers of Odin to protect their country from Moslem crazies.  On Wednesday (8/24), they had a pitched battle with them after two “migrants” molested a young Finnish boy.

The Dutch, however, are leading the way.  How’s this for a headline in this morning’s (8/26) London Daily Express: Favorite to be Next Dutch Prime Minister Vows to Ban the Koran and Close All Mosques.  Yep, that’s Geert Wilders.  He and his Dutch Freedom Party lead every poll there is by double digits, and the election is next March.

He’s calling for the “total de-Islamification” of the Netherlands.  His popularity shows you how much folks in Europe want Moslems out of their lives.

The HFR’s favorite judge of the week is U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor.  On Sunday (8/21), he sided with Texas and 12 other states and blocked Obama’s transgender student bathroom decree.

We’ll close with the close of the Olympics.  It was an American triumph.  Team USA’s gold medal and total medal count dwarfed the world.  That was especially galling to China who got humiliated.  The Brits, however, were especially proud to come in second in the gold count and three overall, and good for them.

Michael Phelps is now recognized as the greatest Olympian ever, with 23 golds (5 just now) and 28 medals total.  There were astonishing US performances in a myriad of sports.  America has the world’s best athletes, hands down.

It was nice to see Simone Biles lauded, and a disgrace to see Kim Rhode ignored – whose accomplishment was truly historic, being the only Olympian ever to win medal in six consecutive Summer Games.

There are a lot of people who believe she was ignored by the media because she won her medals with a gun.  She’s pro-gun, pro-NRA.  No interview with Bob Costas, no carrying the flag at the closing ceremony, no Wheaties Box for her.  The must-read on Kim Rhode is Joe Bob Briggs’ Muzzled.

That said, the HFR’s favorite Olympian of the 2016 games is a pole vaulter named Sam Kendricks.

Sam is a 2^nd Lt. in the US Army.  As he was running pole in hand for his vault, he heard the band start to play the Star-Spangled Banner.  Somewhere in the stadium, there was a medal ceremony, for which the gold winner’s country anthem is played.  Sam suddenly stopped his run, laid down his pole, and stood at attention – looking around a bit to see where the band was so he could face it — until the band finished.

Sam picked up his pole, vaulted into the medal round, and won a bronze.  Here’s the video.  It may bring a tear to your eye.  This is the sort of man America is still capable of producing.  Sam Kendricks is the HFR Hero of the Week.
