HALF-FULL REPORT 08/19/16

He did it again!  Just last night!

Yesterday (8/18) in Not Never Trump, I described three game-changing events this week providing positive reasons to be for a Trump Presidency rather than merely being against the nightmarish evil of a PIAPS Presidency.

Now there’s a fourth.  In Charlotte, North Carolina last night, Trump delivered what is being called his New American Future speech. (The link is to both the full text and full video.)

It is no accident, comrades, that we are witnessing the transformation of Daffy Donald into Presidential Donald before our very eyes this week.  Who else but Kellyanne Conway could have effected this?

Who else could have persuaded Trump to say this last night?

“Sometimes, in the heat of debate and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don’t choose the right words or you say the wrong thing. I have done that, and I regret it, particularly where it may have caused personal pain. Too much is at stake for us to be consumed with these issues.”

I’ve known Kellyanne for a quarter-century.  She has a genius, among many other things, for gentle persuasion – for offering choices and alternatives so that a person willingly chooses the right path.

Trump well knows she’s Ted Cruz in a skirt regarding her commitment to conservative and constitutional principles (especially the 10^th Amendment).  But they’ve been good personal friends for ten years now.  He respects her intelligence, her moral integrity, and her advice.

Another example.  This is how Trump’s speech last night starts:

“I’d like to take a moment to talk about the heartbreak and devastation in Louisiana, a state that is very special to me.  We are one nation. When one state hurts, we all hurt – and we must all work together to lift each other up. Working, building, restoring together.

Our prayers are with the families who have lost loved ones, and we send them our deepest condolences. Though words cannot express the sadness one feels at times like this, I hope everyone in Louisiana knows that our country is praying for them and standing with them to help them in these difficult hours.

We are one country, one people, and we will have together one great future.”

Meanwhile, our current Pathetic POTUS was playing golf with some comedian yesterday.  He interrupted his Martha’s Vineyard vacation to do a fundraiser for Hildebeast, but wouldn’t for the devastated people of Louisiana.

So where will both Trump and Pence be today?  In Louisiana while Zero laughs through another 18 holes.  Even the Associated Press (see the link) couldn’t ignore the brilliant (for Trump) and ghastly (for Zero) optics.

And where is Hillary?  Not in Louisiana nor anywhere else public.  She’s, ah… resting.  Poor old gal runs out of gas easily these days.

Evidently it’s much worse than “exhaustion” from the brutal pace of campaigning.  Her coughing fits, seizures, and bizarre behavior are now at a point where it’s legitimate to question her physical and mental fitness for office.

Much of the blame has been placed on blood clots caused by a concussion she suffered in late 2012.  But that may have simply exacerbated mental impairments she’s had for a very long time.

Ask any Secret Service agent on her detail in the 1990s or household staffers at the Little Rock governor’s mansion in the 1980s about her off-the-chart temper tantrums and treating them like dirt.

It has been with very good cause that she’s been known as The Bitch by those around her for decades.  Yet we see the Left’s strategy in the latest issue of The Atlantic (8/17):  The Era of ‘The Bitch’ Is Coming.

It’s the Left’s pathetically sexist attempt to claim any criticism of Hillary is misogyny, so therefore no criticism of her is legitimate – exactly as in their successful demand that any criticism of Zero is racist.  Yet one more in the long list of reasons why she must never again be allowed to step foot in the Oval Office.

Personally, I don’t care why she is the way she is.  Google Hillary + alcoholic and you’ll get 700,000 hits.  Google Hillary + liar and you’ll get… wait for it… 26 million hits.  Google Hillary + evil and you’ll get 29 million 700 thousand hits.

It’s not that she’s physically disabled or mentally impaired – it’s that she’s morally deranged.  There is no cure for this so the cause doesn’t matter.

There is a cure, however, for voter support for Hillary, and that is to go after her factually and fearlessly with both barrels like Trump is now doing (and without the name calling… thanks again, Kellyanne).  As he said in Youngstown, Ohio on Monday (8/15):

“Anyone who cannot name our enemy is not fit to lead this country. Anyone who cannot condemn the hatred, oppression and violence of Radical Islam lacks the moral clarity to serve as our President.

With one episode of bad judgment after another, Hillary Clinton’s policies launched ISIS onto the world. Yet, as she threw the Middle East into violent turmoil, things turned out well for her. The Clintons made almost $60 million in gross income while she was Secretary of State.

Incident after incident proves again and again: Hillary Clinton lacks the judgment, the temperament and the moral character to lead this nation.

Importantly, she also lacks the mental and physical stamina to take on ISIS, and all the many adversaries we face – not only in terrorism, but in trade and every other challenge we must confront to turn this country around.”

Or in Wisconsin on Tuesday (8/16):

“We reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton which panders to and talks down to communities of color and sees them only as votes, not as individual human beings worthy of a better future. She doesn’t care at all about the hurting people of this country, or the suffering she has caused them.

The Democrat Party has run nearly every inner city in this country for 50 years, and run them into financial ruin.  They’ve ruined the schools. They’ve driven out the jobs. They’ve tolerated a level of crime no American should consider acceptable.

This is the future offered by Hillary Clinton. More poverty, more crime, and more of the same. The future she offers is the most pessimistic thing I can possibly imagine.  It is time for a different future.”

Trump has obviously decided on a different future for his campaign, one that is finally at last deadly serious, goes straight for the opponent’s jugular, and names the stakes:

“Every day I think about how much is at stake for this country,” he said last night. “This isn’t just the fight of my life, it’s the fight of our lives – together – to save our country.”

If Trump holds an even keel and steady course in this direction, the polls are going to flip toward him.  What’s needed now are extensive ad buys in key states with quotes of his speeches to counteract the PIAPS Propagandists of the Lying Swine Media.

This has started.  Over the next 10 days, $4.8 million will be spent to air this ad in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida.

On Wednesday (8/17) at Trump campaign headquarters in the Trump Tower on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue, campaign policy director Steve Miller convened a round table of 16 folks to discuss how to defeat political and terrorist Islam.  I wasn’t there as I’m in Sofia, Bulgaria this week with my family.

Kellyanne was there, and let’s suppose – just suppose, for this is only a thought experiment – that she asks me to attend the next such meeting.  What would I say?

First I would agree, as all did ereyesterday, that our enemy is not “terror” which is only one tactic of many, but the ideology of political or “radical” Islam.

I would then argue that “Radical Islam” has no accurate meaning.  It is a form of fascist totalitarianism under the cloak or disguise of religion, which needs to be distinguished from the religion itself, of which there are dozens of denominations.

Thus I would argue that we more accurately name the enemy Islamofascism.  We must be clear that we are at war with a form of Fascism as we were with Nazism and Communism, and for the same reasons.

As everyone competes for time at these meetings, I’d then make one specific point:  that ISIS cannot be defeated unless its source of support is targeted.  No guerrilla movement can survive without a sanctuary.  ISIS’ sanctuary and support is supplied by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Erdogan is, in fact, the real Islamofascist danger we face, of which ISIS is only a facet.  The entire invasion of millions of Moslem “refugees” into Europe he has engineered on purpose, using Angela Merkel and other Euroweenies as his useful idiots.

Last weekend, the networks were full of stories of Kurdish Peshmerga and Syrian Democratic Forces taking a town called Manbij from ISIS.  Note the map in the link that shows Manbij as a few scant miles from the Turkish border, right in the middle of the “Azaz Corridor” between Azaz and Kobane.  Note the article says ISIS forces were fleeing into Turkey.

You learned about the Azaz Corridor in HFR 04/01/16:

“The corridor is how Turkey’s Islamist leader Recip Erdogan provides protection, supplies, weapons, and medical aid to ISIS, and how ISIS transports its oil to Turkey.  ISIS could not exist without Erdogan’s sponsorship, which is made possible via the Azaz Corridor.”

Ever since the fake “coup” Erdogan engineered last month, he has gone flat out to convert Turkey into an Islamofascist personality cult of himself worthy of North Korea.  I flew here on Turkish Airlines, and you wouldn’t believe the worshipful bootlicking of Erdogan its inflight magazine SkyLife is engaging in.

Further, yesterday (8/18) ZeroHedge reported that Germany is accusing Erdogan of Financing Moslem Terrorist Groups.

Trump needs to understand this, that Erdogan has revived and is waging the centuries-old Ottoman War of Conquest upon the West.  Turkey needs to be kicked out of NATO as a national security threat to Europe.

By chance if I were asked to contribute another suggestion, it would be the best thing he could do to bring jobs back to America and elsewhere, the single best thing he could do for massive job creation and skyrocket the economy:

Repeal the Administrative Procedures Act of 1946.  Trump realizes how federal regulation is a kudzu vine strangling the economy, but the only cure is repeal of the law that makes it possible.

It is this law that enables fed agencies to pass laws themselves without Congress, have police with guns that enforce these laws, and have courts that punish with fines and prison those they decide don’t obey them.

The whole thing is fascist rigged, the whole thing is unconstitutional, the whole thing needs to thrown in the ash can – that would be real “regulatory reform,” not just trimming back the kudzu.

With the Administrative Procedures Act gone (and no grandfathering of current regulations!), what’s left of fed agencies would be turned over to the states via the 10^th Amendment.

But I probably wouldn’t need to say this, as here’s a prediction.  With Kellyanne at the campaign helm, with Trump becoming seriously formidable, it won’t be long before Ted Cruz accepts Trump’s apology of last night – for it was directed at him – and starts campaigning with and for him.

With that, you’ll hear a lot more about the 10^th Amendment!

Okay, let’s close with the HFR Hero of the Week.

It’s very tempting to award the honor to French Prime Minister Manuel Valls.  This month starting in Cannes and now Nice on the Riviera, mayors of a number of French coastal towns plus the entire French island of Corsica have banned the “burqini” bodysuit for Moslem women.

Lying Swine media the world over promptly went into Standard Libtard Outrage Mode over the “burqini ban” — but not Monsieur Valls.  In an interview with a French newspaper on Wednesday (8/17), the Prime Minister of France declared:

“The burqini is not a new range of swimwear, a fashion. It is the expression of a political project, a counter-society, based notably on the enslavement of women.  The idea that women are not pure by nature and that they should be completely covered is archaic.  Wearing a burqini is not compatible with the values of France.”

Vive la France!

Nonetheless, HFR’s Hero this week is Kellyanne Conway.  She has saved Trump’s candidacy and, in so doing, may now save America and the world from the ghoulish evil of a PIAPS Presidency.  We are all in her debt.  Thanks, pal.
