HALF-FULL REPORT 12/13/13

Might as well have some fun first before we get to the grim stuff.

Yesterday (12/12), Zero was awarded the Lie of the Year Award.  Of course, virtually everything he utters is a lie, but "If you like your health care plan, you can keep it," takes the prize.

So much so that there’s a new term in golf.  Golfers now call a bad lie "an Obama."

Then there’s Selfiegate.  Google the term and you’ll get 350,000 hits even though it was just invented.  On Tuesday (12/10) while attending the Mandela funeral service in Joburg, Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt, sitting between Brit PM David Cameron and Zero, snapped a "selfie" – a self-taken smartphone pic – of the three of them.

A press pool photographer snapped a shot of them doing so – with Mrs. Zero looking witchily annoyed at her husband enjoying the hot blonde’s company and not hers.  It went totally viral.  Selfies at Funeral! was the headline outrage all over the world.  Like giggling teenagers! huffed the London Daily Mail.  It prompted a plethora of spoofs, such as:

Yes, it’s fun to see the world laughing at Zero, but in truth, Selfiegate is over-the-top faux outrage.  It wasn’t a funeral, it was a memorial service with people celebrating.  Scroll down to near the end of all the pics in the Daily Mail link and you’ll see South Africans dressed colorfully and dancing.  There are many pics of world leaders enjoying themselves. 

So three of them took a photo of themselves – so what?  Bottom line – if one of them hadn’t been a good-looking blonde but another guy in a suit, no one would have cared.  Then again, neither would have Mrs. Zero.

There’s another item this week in the Let’s Be Cautious with Schadenfreude Department.  The most obnoxious putz in Congress, Florida Dem Alan Grayson, lost $18 million in a "fraud scheme."  There’s a lot more to this story than gloating.

Here’s an interesting analysis of how Grayson made his money:  Lies, Tax Fraud, and Deceit.  Backing it up is the Daily Mail story (in the lost-$18-mil link), revealing he was "defrauded" in exactly the same kind of "scheme" before.  It’s very hard to believe that he wasn’t a participant in the con rather than its victim.

From the looks of it, Grayson belongs in jail just as much as the perpetrator of the "fraud scheme," William Dean Chapman.  But here’s where this story gets very scary.  The DOJ announcement (12/06) regarding Chapman’s conviction is headlined: "Virginia Man Sentenced for Conducting $270 Million Investment Fraud Scheme."

It begins by claiming Chapman will "serve 144 months in prison for orchestrating a $270 million stock loan scheme that defrauded his clients of more than $35 million."  That is not true.  He was not convicted for any such thing.  Instead, as DOJ clearly states, he was convicted for being guilty of "one count of wire fraud."  One count and he’s in federal prison for 12 years.

This is a horrifying example of America becoming (some would say already being) a Fascist Police State.  The Feds obviously had no convictable evidence for massive fraud, so they pressured Chapman into plea-bargaining on one single mail/wire fraud count – for which the felony penalties are now up to 20 years in the slammer.

What constitutes wire fraud? Anything the prosecutor wants. All he needs is a "victim" and the use of the "mail" – which need not have anything to do with the federal Post Office, and includes electronic transmissions ("wires") over privately-owned Internet services.

I want you to think very hard and long on this: any email you have ever sent can be grounds for felony federal wire fraud prosecution threatening you with 20 years in prison. The email, or "electronic transmission," does not itself have to be fraudulent. It can still be "wire fraud" if it is only somehow "involved" in what the government deems to be a "fraudulent scheme."

Nervous now? It is a complete illusion that anything legally stands in the way between federal prosecutors and American citizens.  Especially when the Eye of Sauron, the National Surveillance Agency, now has all your emails.

From now on, every time any of us sends an email, we get to ponder the accuracy of Ayn Rand’s prediction of where government was headed. It’s from Atlas Shrugged, Chapter Three, aptly entitled "White Blackmail":

There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted, you create a nation of law-breakers — and then you cash in on the guilt.

OK, it’s time to "Embrace the suck," as Pelosi Galore delicately advised her fellow Dems yesterday (12/12) on the Ryan-Murray budget farce.  More Pubs (169) agreed with her than Dems (163).  The Vote Roll Call lists the remaining 62 Pubs who still have any integrity. 

When you see DemFascist Chuck Schumer praise Paul Ryan for his "courage" regarding the bill, you know how bad this is.  As my friend Quin Hillyer puts it, thanks to Ryan, the House GOP is to the left of the Senate GOP.  As he explains, the smartest guy in the House got rolled by the dumbest Senator.

But it’s actually much worse than nitpicking budget numbers.  What the Ryan deal does is give Zero the key to the House budget lock.  All illegality, all spending is now Zero’s.  The Boehner House could have demanded a budget that defunded not just Zerocare but all of Zero’s extra-legal actions like amnesty by Executive Order.

But the Pussy Pubs are so scaredy-cat of the Enemedia demonizing them for another dreaded "shutdown," and so desperate to regain the Senate in 2014 that they pussied-out.  And anyone who excuses this by arguing the Pubs can’t do anything until they have both the House and Senate – well, why would any sane person have confidence in a Congress fully controlled by these wimps to start defunding Zero for real?

The one bright spot is those 32 Dems who voted No.  Look down the roll call list linked above, and you’ll see every House CommieDem there, from John Conyers to Jan Schakowsky to Maxine Waters.  They couldn’t stand it that the bill didn’t extend unemployment bennies into infinity.

The NYT dutifully bemoaned the tragedy.  A grown lady in New Hampshire is about to "lose her last government lifeline."  She’s now going to starve and die, as will millions of other helpless Americans thanks to those despicable cruel evil heartless Republicans!

She’s been on unemployment for 99 weeks.  Here’s Marvin Olasky‘s advice to her in his Be Less Than You Can Be:

"When people tell me they’re unemployed, I say, ‘Well, then why haven’t you created a job?’ Perhaps not everyone can be an entrepreneur, but with ninety-nine weeks of unemployment compensation, they could obtain an associate’s degree (or, with inexpensive online options, a bachelor’s or even a master’s degree). Those two years are more than enough time to start a business of your own. But how many think about long-term unemployment this way?"

So at least the Pubs have stepped back from creating the Permanent Dependency State the Dems demand for them to be in permanent power.

There was a light plane crash on the island of Molokai in Hawaii on Wednesday (12/11).  Nine people were on board, and all but one survived.  The person who died was Loretta Fuddy, Hawaii’s health director who signed off on releasing Zero’s birth certificate in 2011.

Maybe it’s just a coincidence that she in particular was the only one out of nine who was killed.  But it does get you to thinking about Ron Brown.

"Birthers" believe that Zero was born in Kenya, thus a fake birth certificate.  I have two friends who believe otherwise.  First is author Jerry Corsi, who along with many others is sure Zero’s father is Frank Marshall Davis.

On the other hand, there’s my friend Felix Rodriguez, the famous CIA agent who captured Che Guevara — and is Cuban. Felix told me that Stanley Dunham got pregnant when she was in Cuba with a group to support Castro in the fall of 1960.  He showed me an old photo of a then-young black Cuban stud named Francisco Cundo who lived in a town called Sagua la Grande, and looks more like Zero than Davis. "That’s him," said Felix.  "That’s Obama’s daddy."

It wasn’t until Stanley got back to Hawaii that she found she’d been knocked up.  Enter Obama Sr.  Felix points out that Zero was born full term on August 4, 1961, which means his mother conceived him around late October, 1960 – when she was in Cuba.  QED.

Karma Singh is a happy guy this week.  His prediction last October regarding The Coming Capitalist Salvation of India got a huge boost with decisive victories for the pro-capitalist party of Narendra Modi in the recent round of state elections.  The corrupt ruling Congress Party suffered an "election meltdown."  Congress is in a panic, but India’s future is looking better.  Thanks for the heads up, Karma!

There’s truly inspiring news this week in Ukraine.  22 years after the fall of the Russian Colonial Empire, aka the Soviet Union, Moscow’s grip on Kiev has remained so tight that there’s still a statue of Lenin in the central square of Ukraine’s capital city.  At least there was until Sunday (12/08), when a huge wave of protestors scattered the police protecting the statue, toppled the statue, beheaded it, and pounded it into rubble with sledgehammers.

Ukraine Crowd Topples and Beheads Lenin’s Statue (the link has great photos).  You can imagine how joyous that story is to me.  Putin is continuing his thuggish threats and the Ukrainian patriots don’t care.  Their numbers are building, the corrupt pro-Moscow regime is crumbling.  The Economist magazine is calling what we are witnessing The Birth of a Nation.

Surely the Ukrainian patriots on Kiev’s Independence Square are the HFR Heroes of the Week.

If only Americans had the courage to defy their corrupt regime in Washington.  The Great Ryan-Boehner Budget Wimp-out is surely confirming evidence that we have to get our freedom back by ourselves.

One group of Americans who look like they’ve begun are doctors.  Vast Majority of Doctors Boycotting Obamacare in California is one headline.  And vast means vast – like 70%!  Seven out of every ten docs are bailing.

More and more physicians are refusing to accept any third party insurance.  Not just Medicaid/Medicare, but private insurance with all its government-mandated rules.

The Doc Rebellion is going viral and nationwide.   This is exactly what we need – a Refusal to Obey.  This peaceful non-violent civil disobedience on the part of physicians has to become the modus operandi for all of us.  No more obedience to the prison guards of the past has to be the way we jailbreak out of Washington’s prison.
