THE POLITICS OF HUMAN SACRIFICE

Delingpole is a Brit.  So was Tarzan, albeit fictional, as the British "Lord Greystoke."  We all had heroes when we were kids, and mine was Tarzan of the Apes.  I had every Tarzan book written by Edgar Rice Burroughs (1875-1950) and devoured them all (yes, they still are in my library). 

One phrase of Burroughs that he used often stuck with me:  what he called "the thin veneer of civilization" that diaphanously covered the savagery of which so many humans are capable.

That "thin veneer" is all that protects us from the savages.  Damage or destroy it, and the savages among us quickly emerge to take over.  This is what the American Left and its leader, who currently occupies the White House, is dedicated to doing.

This is because the Left practices the politics of human sacrifice.  The term "human sacrifice" brings up images of primitive tribes, like that so graphically depicted in Apocalypto:

The depiction is historically accurate.  The Mayans and Aztecs were cultures based on blood sacrifice.  The Aztecs butchered an average of 16 fellow human beings a day – cutting their live beating hearts out of their chests – to feed their god Huitzilopochtli so he had the strength to make the sun rise in the morning.

The culture of the Left is also based on primitive sacrifice.  The sacrifice the Left is demanding for Zimmerman – that he be "immolated on the pyre of racial grievance" – is not metaphorical.  The Left wants him physically killed – either by vigilante lynching or in a prison’s electric chair.  We think our culture has "evolved" far beyond the primitive practices of human sacrifice, cannibalism, and however recently, slavery.  But it has not – not as far as the Left is concerned.

We make fun or sadly shake our heads in pity of illiterates like Rachel "I’ve got a 3.0" Jeantel, or rioting "I am Trayvon" inner city morons – but the truth is that the real jungle bunnies with bones through their noses are the white "intellectuals" of the Left. who teach in Ivy League Universities and write editorials in the New York Times. 

Although they consider themselves to be in the progressive vanguard of sophisticated contemporary thought, their belief system is atavistic, a regression to a primitive tribal belief in Black Magic.

Take for example the primitive atavism of left-wing bromides like, "The rich get richer while the poor get poorer." By the same logic, one can be healthy only at the expense of others.

That in order to be in superior health, bursting with energy and vitality, one has to make someone else sick or in poor health — just like in order to be rich you have to make others poor. The healthy are healthy because they unjustly exploited and ripped off the sick, spiriting away the sick’s "fair share" of health with black magic.

In fact, the sick are sick because the healthy are healthy. If this is absurd, then claiming the poor are poor because they have been exploited by the rich is equally so.

The source of a tribal and traditional culture’s belief in Black Magic is envy — the fear of the envious Evil Eye.  Reflect for a moment on the extent to which people in a tribal, primitive culture suffuse their lives with superstition, witchcraft, sorcery, voodoo, "black magic," the "evil eye." The world for them is teeming with demons, spirits, ghosts and gods, all of whom are malicious and dangerous — in a word, envious.

The world of the Left is the same.  As German sociologist Helmut Schoeck explains in his masterpiece on the subject, Envy: A Theory of Human Behavior:

"A self-pitying inclination to contemplate another’s superiority or advantages, combined with a vague belief in his being the cause of one’s own deprivation, is also to be found among educated members of our modern societies who really ought to know better.

"The primitive people’s belief in black magic differs little from modern ideas.  Whereas the socialist believes himself robbed by the employer, just as the politician in a developing country believes himself robbed by the industrial countries, so primitive man believes himself robbed by his neighbor, the latter having succeeded by black magic in spiriting away to his own fields part of the former’s harvest."

So it should come as little surprise that the folks pictured on Drudge today (7/18) as organizing "Justice for Trayvon" protests are Communists.  Note the website under their "The Whole System Is Racist" signs:  pslweb.org.  Flat-out Marxist-Leninist Commie.

 
The hard-left is motivated by envy.  The motivation of the soft-left – liberals and Democrats – is the fear of being envied.

Fear of the envy of others is one of mankind’s most deeply primal and pervasive terrors. Envy-avoidance is one of the most basic and primary motivators of human behavior. It’s why village life in India and Egypt has not evolved much in thousands of years: the instant some villager tries to do better, so much envy is directed at him or her by other villagers that they quickly abandon the effort.   

And it’s why liberals consistently engage in masochistic behavior and drown in "white guilt."  The more one fears being envied, the more one is driven to masochistic self-humiliation in attempts at envy appeasement.

Thus we come to the real truth of about Racism in America today.  The #1 racial problem we have is obviously not white racism, racial bias or hatred of whites towards blacks, given whites’ continual triple-somersaulting backwards for blacks – epitomized by the election and reelection of Zero.   And it’s not black racism either, racial bias or hatred of blacks towards whites – that’s #2.  For good reason do more Americans now view blacks as racist rather than whites.

No, the most widespread and deeply damaging form of racism in America today is the racial bias and hatred of whites towards themselves – White Auto-Racism.

Hollywood "celebrity" libtards are having a field day putting their auto-racism on display, like David Simon who’s "ashamed to be an American," or those on this idiot list.

Then there are celebrity politicians like The PIAPS expressing her "deep painful heartache" over Zimmerman’s not-guilty verdict.  And just how much of a deep painful heartache does she have or express for the black kids being gunned down by black thugs in Chicago every day?

Does she, or any other libtard in Washington, Hollywood, the Media, or any other place in Libtard America, express a deep painful heartache over the horrific racist murder of Joshua Chellew by four black savages?

Of course not – they wouldn’t be white auto-racists if they did.  They’d have to overcome their fear of being envied – and it’s that fear that makes them liberals in the first place.  Succumbing to the fear of being envied is, in fact, the defining characteristic of liberals – the necessary condition without which they wouldn’t be liberals in the first place.

White Auto-Racism is the intractable racial problem in America.  It’s the main cause of our other major racial problem, as it continually eggs on, appeases, and encourages anti-white black racism.  It’s why I wrote three days after Zero’s election (Nov. 07, 2008):

"It is stupefyingly naïve to believe that this election ‘heals’ the wound of racism and the legacy of slavery, so that nevermore can Sharpton-type race hustlers claim that America is an incurably racist nation.

This is delusionary.  Accusations of racism are going to increase, not vanish.  The left’s mantra going into this election was that the only possible reason for not voting for Zero was racism.  Yet roughly 47% of voters or about 57 million voted for McCain instead.  That’s 57 million racists!  Racism is still a massive, gigantic problem haunting America’s soul, it is still America’s Original Sin – and every failure of Zero and the Dems running Congress can be blamed on it.

The real racial problem in today’s America is of course anti-white racism:  racial hatred of  whites by many blacks, racial hatred of white liberals for themselves (what I call auto-racism).  This election is going to inflame both.

Does anyone not terminally naïve believe that Rev. Jeremiah ‘God Damn America’ Wright or Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson are going start loving and forgiving white folks now?  Or that Teddy Kennedy-type liberals are going to cast aside all feelings of liberal guilt and stop apologizing for their and America’s existence?"

Is that prescient or what?  Okay, so I predicted it, but what do we do about it?

We cannot eradicate envy nor the fear of it – we can only stand up to it and reject it.  We can demand adherence to the 10^th Commandment – "Thou shalt not covet," i.e. be envious.  We can refuse to be intimidated by guilt-peddlers.  We can insist on an end to the politics of human sacrifice, an end to the Left’s belief in Black Magic, an end to sacrificial appeasement to the gods of envy.

This takes confidence – confidence in one’s own moral character and that of one’s own culture.  Americans had that confidence in themselves and their country once.  With the election of Zero, we as a people lost both.  Yet millions of individual Americans still have both, and it must be up to them to overcome the politics of human sacrifice and envy appeasement.

We began with the words of an Englishman, and we’ll end with the words of another – for it is his lesson in cultural confidence that we must take to heart.

The Hindu culture of India is very ancient, with certain traditions practiced for millennia.  One of them was a form of human sacrifice called suttee.  When a prominent Hindu man died and his corpse was burnt on a funeral pyre, his widow was expected to be burnt to death with him.

The British, during their rule of India, made many attempts to eliminate suttee.  The one that finally worked was by General Charles Napier (1782-1853), while Governor-General of India in the 1840s.

During a tour of the Indian province of Sindh (now southeast Pakistan), Napier was informed by a delegation of Hindu priests that despite his edicts, they would continue the practice of suttee, for "it was a religious rite not to be meddled with," as he describes in his letters, and "that all nations had customs which should be respected and this was a very sacred one."

Napier nodded in affected agreement and understanding.  Then he replied to the priests:

"You say that it is your sacred custom to burn widows. Be it so. But my nation has also a sacred custom.  When men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. You may build your funeral pyre. Beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows on which to hang all concerned when the widow is consumed. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."

And that was the end of suttee in India.  Napier never had to build his gallows – and we don’t need to build any of ours.  By rejecting envy and envy-appeasement, we can end political suttee in America.
