HALF-FULL REPORT 11/30/12

We begin with 61 traitors in the Senate.  On Tuesday (11/27), they voted to bring a bill to the floor that exemplifies the pervasive trashing of the Constitution by our outlaw federal government.  Every single Democrat (except one who was not there but would have if he had been) voted Yes – but trashing the Constitution is what Dems do for a living, it’s what their constituents pay them to do, thus that’s normal.

So calling Dems traitors is just being redundant.  It’s the 9 Pub senators who deserve our focused opprobrium: Kelly Ayotte (NH), John Barrasso (WY), Scott Brown (MA), Susan Collins (ME), Orrin Hatch (UT), Richard Lugar (IA), John McCain (AZ), Lisa Murkowski (AK), and Olympia Snowe (ME) all voted Yes.  There were 36 No votes – all Pubs.  Here’s the roll call.

The vote was for a motion to proceed towards ratification of a UN Treaty called the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities or CRPD.  It uses crippled children as the excuse to advance UN Fascism and destroy US sovereignty.  The Dems want this.  Do those 9 Pubs?  Doubtful.  More likely they acted out of sheer cowardice, which is par for their RINO course..   

Every one of the Brave 36 are being subjected to massive intimidation by the CorruptMedia.  Utah’s Mike Lee is one.  Here’s an article in yesterday’s (11/29) Salt Lake Fascist Tribune, headlined Mike Lee Vs. The Disabled.

The IBD yesterday explained what’s at stake, with a treaty that defines "disability" as an "evolving" concept.  It doesn’t criticize what we already have now – the ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act, which has resulted, according to Nicholas Eberstadt in A Nation of Takers, in millions of Americans "making the securing of disability status their lifelong career."

Over 1½ million American workers now are on disability payments for "mood disorders."  Another 2½ million for backaches.  For every 100 industrial workers in the US now, 73 are getting OASDI disability checks.  In FY 2011, the Feds paid over $130 Billion in Disability Insurance payments, and another $56 Billion in Supplemental Security Income payments, most on the grounds of being work-disabled.

The disability scammers are supported by an army of doctors and health-care professionals who are paid by the government to certify the scammers’ phony claims.  The UN CRPD Treaty, which Harry Reid is frantically trying to pass in the current lame duck session, will accelerate the scam, and its attendant fascist intrusion of federalies into our lives.

So, the ADA and the CRPD are scams – but why does voting for such a UN Treaty virtually treasonous?  It’s because of The Treaty Trap. It’s the horrific strategy the Feds have used to escape beyond the borders of the Constitution set by the 10^th Amendment.

Article VI specifies that, in addition to the Constitution and Laws passed in accordance with it, "all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land."  The authority to make a treaty is in Article II, that it must be ratified by "two-thirds of the Senators present."

The Treaty Trap was invented by America’s first fascist president, Woodrow Wilson – and he did it with birds.  In 1913, Wilson got Congress to pass a Migratory Bird Act. When a fellow in Arkansas shot some geese out of "season" the Feds busted him for breaking this new law. His lawyer said Congress had no authority under the 10th Amendment to pass such a law and the judge agreed; the fellow walked.

So Wilson got the Migratory Bird Act revised to implement the provisions of a treaty. So when another hunter got busted for "illegally" shooting birds and his lawyer used the unconstitutionality argument, this time the judge disagreed. Since the Federal Government does have the clear Constitutional authority to make treaties with foreign governments, the judge ruled that federal legislation to implement a treaty´s provisions was constitutional; the fellow was found guilty.

So since 1916, just about every time Congress has made an end run around the 10th Amendment, in the legislation´s preamble it will say this is to implement legislation for a treaty.

As constitutional attorney Larry Becraft’s case-study research shows, treaties provide the implementing authority for a vast array of federalie agencies, including the FCC, the FDA, the DEA, and the Environmental Protection Agency.

This is why any treaty a president submits to the Senate for ratification must prima facie be viewed with intense skepticism.  For anyone concerned about the UN’s Agenda 21, they need to know that treaties are the method to implement it.

Which brings us to Glenn Beck.  His latest novel, Agenda 21, was released this month, vividly describing the freedom-free dystopian future the global fascists have in store for us.  This week, however, Glenn created his greatest artistic masterpiece.

In response to the most recent lunacies of Zero Worship – the retard actor Jamie Foxx replacing Jesus with Zero and calling him his "Lord and Savior," and a painting depicting Zero as Christ Crucified – Beck managed to brilliantly mock the lunacy, and the taxpayer-funded lib art world that idolizes pervert artists like Andres Serrano.

He’s the talent-free moron famous for Piss Christ – a 1987 "art" work consisting of a statuette of the crucified Jesus in a jar of Serrano’s urine.

So Beck does this skit Tuesday (11/27) on his BlazeTV show, as a French artiste creating great art before your eyes – by putting a booblehead Zero doll into a mason jar filled with his urine.  Voila!  The most profound artistic statement of modern times by a towering artistic genius!  Behold – Piss Obama!

Such ridicule and deadly spot-on satire is exactly what we need. Mock what the Left regards as sacred. It drives the moonbats out of their gourds, they go totally berserk with foam-spittling rage.  It’s wonderful. 

For Piss Obama, Glenn Beck is the HFR Hero of the Week.

The quicker and more we blaspheme the Left the better – for they are getting more fascist by the minute.  One thing we must laugh at and not care about any longer is their constant chant of Racism! towards anything they don’t like.  Piss Obama is obviously racist because, well, Zero is black, which means even though he’s really only half-black he’s all-black… somehow… and any criticism of anyone black is by definition racist.

As Eric Golub explains this week (11/28), in the Zero Alternate Universe, everything non-Zero worshippers do is racist.  Meaning:

So – the HFR is waiting for some Pub senator with the teensiest smidgeon of moxie to tell black fascist Congresscreatures like Jim Clyburn and Marcia Fudge to Shut up! with their disguised totalitarianism.  That’s all they have to do – just look them in the eye (preferably on camera) and tell them to shut their fascist mouths. Shut up with the racism crap!  Micturate on the fascist monkey.

What country does this describe?

"The country has to choose between higher taxes or fewer state services. There appears to be an enormous divergence between what the people believe the state should deliver and the amount of taxes they are prepared to pay."

Could be the US – obviously – or Greece, or Italy, or Spain.  In this case it’s Portugal.  The words are those of Finance Minister Vitor Gaspar.  The country is being strangled by the euro, EU regulations, and by the burden of the welfare state imposed on it by previous Socialist governments.

Now it has a new government run by pro-capitalist Prime Minister Pedro Passos Coelho, who is determined to dismantle the welfare state bankrupting his country.  Portugal is a marvelous place – fabulous weather, scenery, beaches, surfing, history, food, wine, and the friendliest people in Europe.  The beer sucks, but you can’t have everything. 

We can wish Coelho all the luck in the world – which he’ll need, as he’s battling not just the biggest problem in Portugal but in much of the world.  That most certainly includes all of the EU and America.  The Problem of the World is:  Anti-Capitalism.  It is the bottomless ignorance of basic economics, of the absolute necessity of economic liberty for widespread prosperity and plentiful good jobs – and of the absolute impossibility of a socialist economy.

The very term "socialist economy" is an oxymoron, a square circle – for such a fantasy place would have no way of figuring out what anything costs and how to price it.  Without actual markets all you have are the arbitrary decisions of clueless bureaucrats.  And the only thing they can do is look over their shoulder at how a functioning market in a neighboring country prices things, or peek under the carpet at black market prices.

Yet the root cause of Anti-Capitalism is not ignorance, it’s fear.  The fear of impotence that causes envy – feeling that you’re not smart or competent enough to earn prosperity can make you hate those who can and wish to destroy them – and the fear of the envious is the basic cause.

TTP has written often on The Evil Eye of Envy – and we have a quintessential example of the Fear of Envy this week in an idiot woman wearing a hair-shirt because her husband makes $1 million a year.  She’s a member of the British inherited-money elite, Diana Carney, who’s married to Mark Carney, currently Governor of the Bank of Canada and next year will be the Governor of the Bank of England.

He’s proud of his competence, she’s embarrassed by it – so she has to apologize for it and her inherited unearned wealth by being a libtard devoted to anti-capitalism.  Diana Carney exemplifies the Problem of the World.

And more good news.  My long-time friend Arnaud de Borchgrave tells me the recent Hamas rocket attacks on Israel seriously screwed them:

"Hamas’s Iranian-built Fajr-5 rockets were inaccurate and with insufficient range to reach beyond the outskirts of Israel’s heavily populated areas. The accuracy of Israel’s Iron Dome anti-missile defense system blunted Hamas’ missiles that were nothing more than airborne grenades. Only 9 Israelis were killed vs. 163 Palestinians (in IDF retaliation), including seven senior Hamas commanders.

Israel’s retaliatory Operation Pillar of Defense targeted – and killed – Hamas’s Chief of Staff Ahmed Jabari. It also demolished carefully concealed stockpiles of Fajr rockets, along with pinpoint precision bombing of Hamas government offices. The Israeli Air Force launched 1,500 pinpoint strikes against targets long identified by Israeli intelligence.

Demolished in those 1,500 air strikes, according to Israeli sources, were 19 Hamas senior command centers, hundreds of underground rocket launchers, 140 smuggling tunnels and dozens of concealed operation rooms and bases in separate buildings, and 26 weapon manufacturing and storage facilities, along with dozens of long-range rocket launchers and launch sites.

The lesson: No amount of Hamas violence will hasten the creation of an independent Palestinian state in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. It is diplomatic chimera.  

Israeli settlements keep growing.  The number of Jewish settlers in the so-called "West Bank" now exceeds 350,000, double what it was 12 years ago. The "Israel Hayom" newspaper reported 300,000 Jews now living in East Jerusalem. 

A ten-month partial freeze on settlement expansion came to an end two years ago. One Israeli politician, Yakoov Katz, predicts the number of settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem would reach one million within five years."

Now that is cool.  Thank God for Israel and Jews with the koakh, the gevurah, to defend it.

There are massive demos against Morsi’s Moslem fascism in Cairo’s Tahrir Square.  The Egyptian military is defunct, as is Syria’s, as is Turkey’s.  All the Arab Armies put together can’t do squat while the IDF has Hamas and Hezbollah dialed in.  If Israel decides now’s the time to take down the Mullahs in Iran, Zero won’t be able to do squat either.

Let’s hope they do.  And let’s hope that it will dawn on millions of real Americans that Zero can’t do squat if they stand up to him and treat him as the little pissing monkey he is.  Take the message of The Micturating Monkey to heart.  Take Glenn Beck’s Piss Obama as a template.  Take back our country from the libtards, scammers, moochers, thieves, envy-mongers, thugs and fascists who have stolen it.
