POLISH YOUR CRYSTAL BALL

We’re now just less than a week away from a midterm election in which GOP prospects range from pretty good to Biblical.  So it’s time for a TTP Clairvoyance Contest.  Pick:

1. The number of Senate seats (net) the Republicans will gain.
2. The number of House seats (net) the Republicans will gain.
3. The number of governors (net) the Republicans will gain, and
4. The number of state legislative chambers that will flip from D to R.

The first tie breaker will be to pick a sleeper race for the Republicans.  It has to be rated leans D or higher by Cook, Sabato, Geraghty or RealClear Politics.  If your sleeper comes home, and sleeper for whoever you were tied with doesn’t, you win.  If you both win (or lose) go on to the second tie breaker:

What do you win besides bragging rights if you win?

Not much.  The winner will be announced on Friday night at the rendezvous, and I will buy him or her lunch on Saturday.  If you don’t attend the rendezvous, I’ll send you a coupon for Burger King.  Maybe.  Be there or be square.
