THE PRO-AMERICA VIP INVESTMENT EUROPEAN VACATION

Quiz time. What country has the most pro-America government in all of Europe? What country offers the best investment opportunities in the whole of the European continent? What country has the most spectacularly beautiful and untouched coastline along the entire Mediterranean?

The answer to all three is: Croatia.

You probably know of the famous Dalmatian Coast on the Adriatic Sea across from Italy, with the extravagant palace of Roman Emperor Hadrian at Split and the breathtaking medieval city of Dubrovnik. You may recall the devastating war the Croatians had to fight against the Serbs to gain their freedom during the breakup of Yugoslavia in the early 1990s. You may have heard that the devastation wrought upon jewels like Dubrovnik has all been repaired.

But you may not know that just a few months ago a new Croatian government has been elected – and that this government, led by Prime Minister Ivo Sanader, is now the most pro-capitalist, pro-America government in Europe and proud of it.

Prime Minster Sanader reaffirmed his support for America and its efforts to win the war in Iraq and against Islamic terrorism when he met with President Bush in the White House on March 29.

One of the really good guys in the US Congress is George Radonovich from California (he also has one of the coolest Congressional Districts in America, as it contains Yosemite). George’s grandparents came to America from Croatia, so you can imagine how excited he is to see what is happening today in his family’s homeland.

So much so that he has agreed to have a delegation organized by the Freedom Research Foundation (of which I am president) accompany him to Croatia this summer.

The purpose of the mission is three-fold. First is to meet Prime Minister Ivo Sanader and to personally discuss with him and his principal ministers Croatia’s political and economic status and future.

Second is to meet with Croatia’s top businessmen and entrepreneurs, to gain a clear understanding of Croatia’s investment climate, and to locate the most outstanding investment opportunities.

Third is to sail and play and have fun on the Dalmatian Coast. Naturally, you wouldn’t want to do this by yourself, which is why George and I are inviting your family to come with you.

This will take place during the first week of Congress’ July Fourth Recess.

We depart Friday, June 25, flying overnight to arrive in Zagreb, Croatia’s capital, Saturday June 26.

We’ll spend the next six days in Zagreb meeting with the Prime Minister and his people, and exploring the Dalmatian Coast from Trogir to Dubrovnik. We’ll depart out of Dubrovnik on Saturday July 3 (with the time change, you can get back the same day), enabling folks to be back home for July Fourth.

We will have a day-by-day itinerary completed in a week or so, but I wanted to give you this first heads-up right now. I can take only eight – eight – primary members of the delegation, plus their spouses and one or two children.

The cost will be $11,500 for the primary delegation member, $4,500 for their spouse, $2,500 for their children. This includes everything from arrival in Zagreb on June 26 to departure from Dubrovnik on July 3 – everything except airfare from home to Croatia. We stay in the best hotels and dine in the best restaurants Croatia has to offer.

Pictures so often say more than words, so there are a number of them below. Tourism is the largest business in the world, and Croatia’s potential to make money from tourism and vacation real estate is staggering.

That potential has lain dormant until now. War, autocratic rule, corruption, the detritus of communism, all have left Croatia politically and economically prostrate. Last November, the Croatian people decided they had had enough. By electing a government unabashedly committed to firmly establishing private property rights, enforceable contracts, a dependable rule of law, protection for foreign investors, and low tax rates, Croatia is soon to become the hottest investment opportunity in Europe.

Getting in now on the coming Croatian Boom is not just getting in on the “ground floor” – it’s getting in while the ground floor is being built, and getting to know personally who is building it.

If you wish to do so, to participate in the staggering investment potential of the Croatian Boom at its very inception, to accompany Congressman George Radonovich and me to Croatia June 26-July 3, to meet Prime Minister Ivo Sanader and explore the Dalmatian Coast, then I encourage you to contact my assistant Miko de las Reyes at the To The Point office, 703-531-1897 or [email protected].

Oh, did I mention sailing to Dalmatian islands, relaxing on Dalmatian beaches, and drinking lots of Dalmatian wine? I’ve always thought mixing business with pleasure is a great combination.
